Jack Hanks is the specific person I worked with, according to his Linked In profile he was the President of Firestorm 24/7, which has a license status of revoked with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.

MoreBEWARE!!!! They don't pay their contractors. They used our company to install new HVAC equipment into a several houses. Once it was time to pay they stopped returning calls and emails. We contacted the homeowners at the jobs and they told us they paid Restore 1, Restore 24/7, Jack Hanks yet he didn't pay off our outstanding invoices. They take advantage of smaller companies and rip them off. We have been trying for the last year to receive all the money due to us after we completed the jobs. They even paid us then reported the charge as fraud to the credit card company causing a chargeback. Luckily I had enough documentation to over turn it and get the payments back. Jack Hanks had the nerve to tell me that my outstanding invoice wasn't his problem. Don't do business with an owner like Jack Hanks. Jack has zero concern with taking advantage and rip off other companies. Restore 1 even changed their name to Restore 24/7 to hide from the bad press. Don't let him continue to rip off and cheat businesses out of money. If he will do that to businesses I'm sure he would have no problem ripping off customers.
