ripoff

resort relief adam brown, signed up and took alot of money from me to help me get out of my silverleaf and orange lake resort package. one year later and tons of money, i called about a month ago and got ahold of someone at the office and it was told to me that adam took the money and left the country. I was told they would help me and get back to me and get to another company to help me. But, of course the money is still coming out of my account.

trying to stop payment and get out of this mess.

We have a timeshare with Silverleaf. We inquired about getting out of our contract because we didn't feel we were getting what we were promised. We contacted Resort Relief LLC and Robert Tuck their Vice President of Sales came to our house.

He seemed very knowledgeable about Silverleaf contracts and showed us "fraudulent areas" in the contract in a very convencing way. We were excited to find someone who knew the pain and fraud we signed up for and we signed up with them to hire Castle Law Group PC to represent us in our effort to release ourselves from our contract.

Fast forward 288 days and NO PROGRESS. After numerous calls to Castle Law they informed us that we were no longer their clients and they had recused themselves from our case due to conflict.

To date, they have done NOTHING to relieve us of our timeshare. The timeshare company and collection agencies now call us once or twice a day and we are far worse off.

Scambags

I desperately need revenge for the perpetrators of this vicious scam. I am ashamed of my own vulnerability.

We engaged Conroe Tx. Resort Relief firm, in good faith only to have them take our money and run. Five thousand dollars to be exact. They claimed they worked with a law firm, Beck and Bartlett, which is proving to be as worthless as Resort Relief. My story would read much the same as the above accounts. Kevin Hanson is the head scammer of this fake company. Has anyone gotten any of their money back. I see the attorney general’s office is investigating Resort Relief so I need to add my story to their file. I also am going to file a police report.

If any of you have any other avenues for getting your money back please share.

Adam Brown at Resort Relief promised to help me get out of my timeshare. I have been paying them for a year and no services provided.

I recently finally got someone on the phone and they said that Adam Brown took all the money and left the company. since then the email and phone numbers are invalid. I am fighting with the bank to stop payment on the withdrawal from my account.

The company is still debting my account and not contacting me for the services.

Adam brown promised to help with getting free from my timeshare. ON their website it says 100% money back guarantee. I cant even get ahold of them.

Please lets try to sue these people and not let them scam any other people.

Resort Relief, LLC, owned by Kevin Hanson in Conroe Texas, routinely defrauds timeshare owners. Resort Relief is a "timeshare cancellation compay" that calls timeshare owners, especially Silverleaf timeshare owners, and offers "legal" timeshare cancellation to timeshare owners. Resort Relief tells the cold called prospects that they are the marketing arm of a "timeshare law firm" that will represent them in obtaining the cancellation of their timeshare contracts. The law firm is Nashville based Castle Law Group. Once convinced, prospects send money to either Resort Relief or Castle Law Group, who then share the new client's fees. The problem is Resort Relief, along with its partner Castle Law, sell these services with knowledge that they cannot achieve what they promise - cancellation of the client's timeshare. Resort Relief perpetrates a fraud when they sell timeshare cancellation legal services knowing that Castle Law has never obtained such cancellation. Silverleaf has a longstanding policy that they will not cancel its owners timeshares, especially if that owner is "represented by Resort Relief - Castle Law Group. In fact, according to Silverleaf, "an owner significantly reduces the liklihood of cancellation if they hire Resort Relief." Silverleafs position is that Resort Relief and its partner Castle Law Group are fraudulently calling its members inducing them to breach their timeshare contract. Silveleaf, as well as numerous other timeshare companies, have filed lawsuits against Resort Relief and Castle. These lawsuits provide evidence that Resort Relief lies to prospects using untruthfull and illegal high pressure bait and switch sales tactics. As a result, Resort Relief and Castle Law are now under investigation by state Attorney Generals offices and Bar Associations.
