Stay away from residential HOME FUNDING. I applied for a mortgage through them and I have over 730 credit score and many business and a very good income and they give pre approval due to my income they started my file on May/15/2015 that's the day I sign my contract and the loan process told that my income is good enough and she's gonna send my file to underwriter I did appraisal I did inspection I did water test title search every thing they ask for they wasted my time my summer my kids time and summer I canceled my vacation just so I can keep delivering them papers they aske for they issue approvel letter with conditions so they can make the seller happy because he wanted to cancel the deal because my contract is done I got all the conditions they ask for and they still ask for more and more and more and every time I give them papers it take them one week to review it until we got into 95 days witch is the seller return the deposit and cancels the deal and they came back with denial and the reason is I don't have enough income :) how would you come back with no enough income if you already approve me due to my income? They wasted my time my money the seller time the agents. So please take my advise look for another company or a bank you will save your self a lot of time and money. And don't listen to what they promois you because they are liers And they good at it.
