After nearly 3 years of chasing these clowns in regards to the lack of results they provided...I have written off the time and money spent working with this company.
After countless emails and phone calls to David, John and Monica...they have been unable to produce any documents that show they have even attempted to litigate on my behalf as they contractually agreed to.
You would be further ahead burning your money rather than sending it to these con-artists.

I feel like such a fool. I'm a small business owner, who hired Reputation Gatekeepers after months of them calling me, to perform the service they promised. And that service is to push back all bad reviews from companies such as this one, and other blogs. As they explained to me that those bad reviews can't be removed, but they can be pushed back to page two, the page three, etc.... so far back that no one looks that far and thus no more bad reviews. I was promised after purchasing the platinum campaign, that after three to four months I would own my brand, and the bad reviews would be pushed back where most potential customers don't go.
Such bull ****. Four months became five, five became six, six became seven, at that point I could see that these reviews hadn't moved an inch, but they told me just thirty more days. Seven months became eight, eight became nine, and that's when I threw in the towel and couldn't believe I put all my money and faith into these guys and wasted nine months of waiting. I was told I would get my money back.
So here I am five months after ending services with Reputation Gatekeeper, and I'm still waiting for my money back. To any potential businesses looking to sign up, don't do it. I should've known they were full of it when they can't even push back their own bad reviews. I hope to one day get my money back. But I'm still waiting, this nightmare is now going on one year and counting.
