Tony Sammartino was rcommended to me by another gentleman to get some property preservation work from. He gave us work orders and we performed them. We were supposed to get paid approxiamately 2-3 weeks after the work was performed.
When it was time to make the first payment it took forever and he lied multiple times about it being in the mail. All the while we continued to work for him. I reached back out to the gentleman that referred him and he was receiving the same treatment. I finally demanded payment and was told they needed a w-9. I had already given them a W-9 but I sent the W-9 promptly again. I reached out 2 weeks later and did not hear from him. We never received another dime from him.
Left me on the hook for about $5,000 and the other guy for closer to $15,000
