This company is very deceptive. I called to cancel and they made every excuse in the book as to why I shouldn't cancel, even offering me more "free" product. I insisted they cancel but they would not respond and did not give me a confirimation number.
I proceeded to call my credit card compay and put a block on them. The following month I was charged by this company under another name called Renueeye. Fortunately, I have a great credit card company who reversed the charges and will deal directly with this company. Renuva Derm, Renueeye or whatever else this company goes under is fradulent and their products do not do what the company promises.
While on my computer one day I noticed a side bar that was offering a trial face product called renuvaderm skin serum for $4.97 for mailing. I am very cautios of this kind of offer so I read very carefully the ofer and it said no commitment needed for future orders so I took the offer. When the product came I thooought it was strange that there was no papers with it that explained their return policy or custermer phone numbers, no information at all.
Last week I received another bottle which I immediately returned without opening, which is customary for produicts received which are not ordered, whin I called the com-0pany they informed me that I would not get a refund since I did not call and get a refund number. How could I know that was needed when I was not informed. When getting my xcredidt card statement today I noticed that they had charged me $94.57 twice. I called and complained they offered to refund $70.92 but that was all. This company is not reputable.
I orderd an on-line trial of Renuva Derm Skin Serum and Eye Cream for about 11.00.
No Where in there trial offer did it have anything about billing my credit card for almost 200.00.
The product is a joke and does not work (which for 11.00 dollars it was worth a try) buy 200.00 no way. They are a rip off company and need to be made to stop marketing the product or be up front on the additional charge that will be coming to the credit card.
Buyer be ware is all I can say, very ticked off at this moment, for the additional expense on my card that I really don't have the money to pay.
