I was interested in a house that was for rent and the older gal that works there said that she didn't think that Idaho housing and finance would pass it that it would be to much money it was for $650
I call my case worker and she told me to tell the woman at rent master to go ahead and fill out my packet and turn it in that I might well could work. Well I called and told the older gal that she was to turn it in any despite what she though cause Idaho housing said it could pass they won't know till they do the numbers but he gal at Rentmaster never turned in my paper work and rented it to someone else So I went and rented a home from a different company that is going to turn in my paper work so that I may rent from them.
This woman at rent master did not only not do her job and kept me from being able to rent one of the properties that they had but she was very Very rude. She was even very rude to my Mother that came in to be a co signer for me. I thought that these people were there to help you rent a place for you to live but this woman it seems that she only rents homes to whom she sees fit to be in that home not letting you qualify or find out if housing will qualify she took it upon herself to be judge and jury and even though I was first in line to rent the home she just did not want to turn in my housing paper work to see if I qualified she turned and rented it to someone else and just told me she was going to turn the paper work in when she really didn't she only said it so I would stop calling and checking on the house situation to find out if I have a house to rent or not. She never turned in the paper work like she said she would and rented it to someone else so I went some where else to rent and believe you me I am going to let everyone know what a horrible place that is to rent from especially if you go through the older rude woman.
