These guys from renew Home Improvement or Excell Insulation are ripoffs and unprofessional, I completed a job for them in February 2018, it was inspected and passed inspection and the homeowners were happy with the job. Ryan Pedersen owes me $4,200 for this job, when it came time to pay the final amount every excuse was made not to pay me, before it was inspected Ryan Pedersen said when it's inspected I'll get paid, then the excuse of bad work came in when like I said the homeowners were happy.
I've been doing this work for 32 years and no one has ever been unhappy with my work, then I guess just in case the bad work one didn't cut the ice he came up with I left a big mess. I took him to court over the issue and won by default because he didn't even show up, I put a lien on the home owner's house I really didn't want to do that because they seemed like nice people but people need to be paid when they complete work.
