Renew Derma Reviews

  • Jul 6, 2017

Just like the others, i was charged for a few months for some products wich i wanted just to try them.

I ordered just a free trial and just paid for shipping, but because i didnt read the Terms&Conditions i paid for it way much more.

I have got this products every month and actually i payed for it too (i just found out) and you do not get, in the envelope, any invoice or receipt with the costs you ve been charged for those products, except a "Paking List", and...of course...they do not have a return policy.

Anyway, in a big part, i know is my fault because i didnt read the T&C, and i accept that, but please DO NOT order from this kind of websites/read the T&C and do not forget that whatever is free or very cheep - is a SCAM.

Anyways, i filled a complain at ftccomplaintassistant.gov and i hope they will get more complains from people wich had the same issues with this company, in order to protect other people from this kind of scams.

I do not expect to get my money back, which would be probablly around $200, but i really hope that this *** company will pay for all this scams in a way or another.

PS: Sorry for my bad english!

There was no fine print when I ordered a FREE TRIAL to a website that keeps on changing, that I should cancel after 14 days. Long story short, they have been charging my credit card every month for a subscription that I didn't subscribe for amounting to almost $200 a month! I called the "company" and the representative doesn't want to lose his job so he cannot even state the real name of the company, more to give a refund.

I ordered a trial product that was represented to be endorsed by Dr Oz. The product is skin care cream and it's very unpleasant on the skin. It's very glycerin feeling. I only used it a few day and my skin began to erupt. I cancelled my Oder but every month I've been sent the product and charged. I have tried to call but the phone number is bogus and there is no email address or web page. I haven't opened the package the past three months. I'm out 245$ and change and can't get ahold of anyone. I suggest no one would want to order this product. It's a scam.

This a ripoff. Free trial for $6.95 and within 14 days they charge you $84 then within 30 days another $95 and put you on a monthly billing. Plus the product does not work.

Seen this on TV Dr. Oz Show and then they talked about on another morning show.Stated paid just for shipping and within 14 days you would see results.

I ordered Renew Derma it was sent to me but I never got around to trying it.There was no instruction on how to use it.So The next month I rec'd my credit card Statement and there were two charges on it one for $87.47 and with-in the month another one for $94.42.I never agreed to buy any other.

So I call customer service and explained I never open it and would send it back Some Lady named D stated that they don't accept returns it would contaminate their warehouse.I explain still had the seal from them never open.!!Then she started to bargain with me .After refusing to take it back she placed me on hold came back and offered to give me 40% refund I said no.Then placed on hold 10 minutes again offered me a 60% refund I advised I would contact State Attorney in both State.(Florida And Ohio) as I live in FL and the co. in Ohio.after a 30 minute hold, she offered me a 75% refund. advised at that time I want to talk to a supervisor.I saw they were playing games.Another hold of 20 minutes and a Terrance got on the line Refuse to give me the first person name just called her D so what I call her.Explain to him what was going on and he hangs up on me.This is a SCAM BEWARE !!!

SCAM,SCAM,SCAM

I am giving NO stars because they have 0 credibility. They are taking your money and you are letting them. They do not state that they will continue to deduct outrageous amounts from your bank account once they have sent the initial cheaper trial price. I am researching them now and so ar have uncovered 3 places and 4 products that they are scamming you with. I am writing the Attorney General (fraud dept.) in each of these states with all the info I have. Please do the same. If we do this they at least be investigated. Perhaps even be forced to return our scammed money. Stand up for yourself.

In November 2016 I ordered a sample of the product and received it and the $6.95 debit from my account as agreed. I made extra sure that there was no further commitment or small writing that would obligate me any further. Two months later I receive a charge of over $87.00 again. I waited a week or so and no further product came. I would have returned it as the product did not live up to the advertised claim.

I received an email offering a free trial offer for Renew Eye Serum and Renew Derma Cream and ordered these two items

online using a credit card for shipping only. 6 weeks later the same two products automatically arrived via mail and I was charged $95.00 for them. I called customer service and was told that I had checked the box that I accpeted their terms

on the website which requied calling within 14 days if the product didn't work. I advised that I did not see any such box on their website when signing up for the free trial and that the product did not work for me and requested that I return the unopened products for a refund. I was told they did not take

back unopened products nor would they refund the $95.00 and that I could only cancel the "subscription" for automatic future deliveried. I asked for a confirmation # of this cancellation.

The response was "you will be sent an email with that". I did not get the email after 3 days so I called customer service back. I was told that only one of the product subscriptions had been cancelled on my call 3 days ago. The representative said they would cancel the second product subscription and gave me a cancellation # for both of 158805. I expressed my disappointment and asked that my comments about this situation be passed on but I did not feel that they would be. Now I see other complaints about this on the internet so it appears many people are being mislead. When the trial products came there was nothing about having to call within 14 days to cancel future deliveries.

Renew Derma Skin Care website offers a free trial which I signed up for giving my credit card info for shipping. 6 weeks later I got another shipment for the same two products that were sent to me and I was charged $95.00 for them. I did not sign up for automatic renewal at the time of signing up for the free trial and did not see anything in writing about this being a subscription for continued products. I called their customer service but was told they didn't take back unopened products and that I had checked the box that said I accepted their terms. I explained there was no box on the website stating this and expressed disappointment that this was their response. I hope that my reporting this will helps other not to be ripped off by this company thinking they are just signing up for a free trial of their Renew Derma Cream and their Renew Derma Eye Serum.

I was prompted to "try" anew line of skin cream, along with eye serum.

The trial was supposed to be only $13.93.

When I received my statement, I found out they had charged $87.47, TWICE. Upon calling to inquire, I was told that the trial was only valid for 14 days, and you had to call and cancel if you did not want to proceed. That clause was conveniently hidden at time of order. I think it's a major scam, as he creams are really nothing to write home about. I have started a dispute through Chase and I am hoping that this will be resolved satisfactorily. I do not approve of these shoddy practices and can't imagine it will build strong customer loyalty. They might be able to catch a few gullible individuals as myself but I can't see them gathering a strong customer base.

I noticed an ad for Anti-Aging Face Cream and eye cream, which was posted as "trial offer", just pay for shipping(don't recall the amount), but definitely not $87.47 twice. Received it 2 weeks later. No return address on package. I should have realized it right then and there something wasn't right. I ordered the products on 12/23/16. I received my bank statement and on it were the two withdrawals for $87.47. The companies are listed as Lol Vervediet phone #888-749-8214 OH. The other Fusion Eye Serum # 877-503-3578 OH . Thank You

Firstly, I did not go searching for this. It appeared on my computer as an item on Yahoo. It said the stars use it and pictured Merle Streep. The face cream was to prevent wrinkles or cure them. It was free except for $6.99 for shipping. So I did click approval and lo and behold, another screen on top asked if I wanted the eye cream. I did not click it, but of course, I was charged shipping for that, too. No where did I see a limited time to respond or else I would be charged $87. for each one.

I was shocked when I saw those charges on my checking account. There was a phone # which I did not place above. It is 1-888-772-9302 OH. I called an spoke to I think was a Hispanic man. He talked and talked and even asked if my skin had improved. We went rounf and round. At first he agreed to credit me 35% and I still argued. Then he went to 50%. Since I was at work, I could not longer remain on the phone, so I relented.

I have never been scammed before and am more than angry. There are many other words but will not put them in print.

Be sure to read the terms and conditions for Renew Derma closely!! If you order the samples offered for a total charge of $13.93 you have 15 days to try the products. If you do not call them to cancel then you are charged $87.47 for each product from two separate companies and placed on a monthly shipment plan.

I did not read as carefully as I should have and when I called to cancel at the number for Ultra Cleanse that showed up on my credit card bill I was informed that it was a valid charge but they would cancel my monthly commitment and give me a 35% credit. I was on hold for several minutes and then got a dial tone. When I tried to call back the phone would ring once and then nothing! When I tried to call the other company, LOH**Vervediet, the same thing happened. So I will dispute the charges on my bill and see what happens.

snakes

I also never received any information about a trial turning into a pricey subscription. Unfortunately my credit card company felt there must have been some fine print somewhere and wouldn't dispute the charges. Scammed out of $175 plus shipping and the products is just awful - just put lard on your face and you will get same results - greasy breakouts. The only recourse I have is to go on every website possible and let other people know what a scam this is. Maybe they will run out of customers or perhaps, someone will start looking at the internet and create better laws against these snakes. Brick and mortar is the only sure way.

They ripped me off. I thought i was ordering a sample bottle for 6.95 shipping. I got 2 full size products with no packaging or instructions. I was afraid to use it. About a week after i received it my credit card was charged almost 200.00 i called my credit card company and they gave me the number to call. I was told it was a free 24 day trial and if i didn't ship it back before the 14 days i couldn't return it. No where did i read this in the add and no where did i see it was a 14 day trial. It's a total scam! they should be investigated and charged for fraud!
