My client does not have or has ever had a client “Jim” from Arlington Hts, IL., and hereby demand his IP and contact information, as the third party herein, in violation of the Communications Decency be provided to our firm instanter.
My client is unjustly accused of several acts of criminal activity, including, theft, fraud and pornography without any facts or evidence, to the detriment of their business.
My client is a national accounting firm with a high volume of accounts and has never had any chargebacks nor has ever defrauded a client. There is no litigation pending in the entire country. The Company has a policy of always addressing issues of customer service promptly.
We believe this is a fraudulent post, and would like the Poster to reveal himself and bring proof of these criminal allegations. We will pursue all our civil and criminal remedies pursuant to the Federal Code-Communications Decency Act.
Anonymous people should not be allowed to slander businesses with criminal allegations without any substantiation and with impunity.
I know Jason and his business, and he is not that bad person described by Denise Devitt, instead, he has been a kind, honest and professional person in his work.

It's my opinion, based on the limited interaction with him, that he is not very good at what he does.
He does not respond to emails or return documents.
He bounces from state to state
I haven't had but one decent feedback about him, and that customer has since cut him off.

Do not ever use him its a scam
THIS GUY IS BAD NEWS
we had the same issues,he does not file anything
,and took double the amount on are credit cards
that he said his fees would be, also while on your computer he will copy emails
and send from your computer to himself an agreement of his fees and make up price
and gets all your personal information ,to black mail or get into bank accounts
we did not find out till it was to late,that he is not a CPA and out of the country
we learned the hard way ,we have considered legal action... WHERE IS HE ??
