I just purchased two reloadit packs yesterday morning to load money onto my brother's Western Union card for his kids' Christmas, totalling $750.

When I tried to use them, the website said you have to create a "safe" first, and to create a safe, first you must create an account. When you try to create an account, you get an error message saying, "Sorry, we are experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later." I called customer service, and the first person I spoke with was rude and acted like I was an idiot, while having me attempt to create an account using the exact same method I'd already tried, and then reading the message to him. (Uhm, you have the internet.. you try and read the message yourself). Not rocket science, folks.

In any case, I was told first to wait 1-2 hours, which I did. Same results. I called again. A second person who was marginally kinder, explained that tech support does not give them a time frame in which there will be a resolution to their technical difficulties but they could offer me a refund mailed within 30 days, or I could wait a little longer. I chose to wait because it was 12/12, and a 30 day time frame means my brothers kids won't get Christmas presents ON Christmas. It's now been over 24 hours, and the same results, the same "technical difficulties, try later" message. My husband is currently on the phone attempting to secure a refund because at this point, better late than never, right? Which, we don't have an additional $750 to send him, so if the money isn't refunded, they won't even get delayed Christmas gifts.

I'll update in 30 days if we actually get a refund, but after reading so many other complaints, I'm not even confident the call won't convienently disconnect while he's on hold.

I did however, report this to Safeway where we purchased the cards and there is at least a pending "investigation" so hopefully these cards will be pulled from Safeway.

I've seen some not so kind rebuttals on here name calling and saying those who have complained are cry babies, and that technical problems are "expected", etc. Yes, they are- but when you purchase something to pay your bills, send gifts, and such, and the company is advertising that they're selling a service that allows for immediate cash availability and then 24 hours later, there is no resolution and your funds are inaccessible with customer service unable to even offer an inkling of hope when they might be available- it's pretty clear that this is -at best- an incompetent company, and -at worst- possibly fraudulent. If that's me slandering them, sue me, and if you win, you can keep the 750 that you.. well.. already have.

P.S. Typing in caps every 3rd word doesn't lend itself to promoting an educated opinion.

I purchased this reloadit pack in October of 2017. I have been requesting a refund ever since. when i purchased the card i was unable 2 open the safe account like i was instructed to do so.

i was told by multiply rep to make new email accounts, use different devices, make sure your browser is capatable for their product. o.k. im at the library now just to make sure that everything is everything.

i have made 6 new accounts with yahoo, and moved thru out library to 6 computers. it keeps telling me that half the accounts i use to sign up with are connected. How??? How?? i used different names, birthdates,etc..

This scam has it that it locks n on your device than freezes u out someway. You will never load this safe, u will never get your money!!

however...it did accept 1 email name, but it was suppose to send me a email confirmation link to click, guess what?? Email never arrived in my mailbox. Im done..i c i will never get my money!!

i called rep back and he tell me to clear my browser history? Wtf?

#1 I asked for a net spend card when i wound up with this Reloadit thing..its not even a card! this service is fake! Every device i use to try to access and start a "SAFE' i get a message saying that it is already linked with a "SAFE".. they can not tell me what e mail is linked they can't put me thru to anyone even located or give me any number to a location in the USA...Says they are located in california when their call center is in central america..sounds just a little fishy? so now because they stole my d**n money from me my car insurance has lapsed in the meanwhile.they are holding my money and said it will take 30 business days to get it back and for some reason i bet i will never see the refund check for 120.00 when i call back and actually request it...Either that or they are holding the money and using for the intrest to fund wars in South America..Dirty,Filthy,Lying Business!

I purchased a reloadit pack from a local Office Depot hoping to do online shopping. When I got around to shop my pack was completely drained of the funds $250 exact . I remembered when going online to activate the pack a rep from the number on the back of the pack called. He said he needed to help me complete activation with my pack and I provided him the pack number not thinking twice. When I realized I had been robbed I called their customer service number immediately. They refused to refund me my money or provide an activity log for transaction history. I could not file a police report because I did not have anything in black and white to trace where my money was spent. My money is just gone and everyone is turning their backs on the issue like there isn't people who are truly suffering from this loss.

Same freaking thing happened to me. Go to this website & put your email & blah, blah, blah, & they said the same crap to me; "try back in 2-4hrs". Here it is now over 16hrs & no $ or reload. I sure wish I would have seen all these complaints. Learned me a lesson about these idiots. Never again.

The Abolute Worst

Loaded a measly $30.00 on a reload card and spent 6 hours trying load the funds on my prepaid cards this company is the absolute worse on the planet. Scam scam scam scam scam. Liars customer service is obviously in another country...

I suggest we all post to this and other sites like RIPOFF commission to put this travesty of a company out of their misery.

First a message stating they were verifying my cc, then this morning they said they were having technical difficulties to try again later, so I did. Now I get "This device is already associated with another Safe." WTF?

Now how do I get my money? This is a fraud and disgraceful! Ripping people off for there money, Im sure there making interest on that money!

I just want my $200 for my utility bills.

It has now been 4 days and I can not access my money! I keep getting an error message stating "we are experiancing technical difficulties, please try again later".

I LOOKED INTO OTHER COMPLAINTS AND FOUND THAT THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN DOING THE SAME EXACT THING SINCE AT LEAST 2008! THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE BROUGHT DOWN, I just want my money.

Reloadit.com stole $200!!!!!! everything being said as hard as it is to beleive it is true amazing these packs are being sold in alot of stores and they simply are stealing from people who buy mone packs basicly the people who cannot afford it.

DON'T USE RELOADIT!!!!

I bought, loaded, and couldn't use a reloadit card. $100 lost in their cesspool.

Couldn't access their site. ( I wouldn't use them now even if I could access their site before purchase)

Called and got nothing but dead air. It rang once and then nothing. I knew I was connected because I actually sat on the line just in case... if it was a bad number/no connection, I would of gotten the 'please check the number and dial again' message.

I also shot out emails to: Blackhawk Networks, Reloadit, "Card Mall", and where I purchased it from, Safeway. Blackhawk Networks (Card Mall) is a subsidiary of Safeway. At least I thought I read that somewhere from a possibly reliable source.

NO responses at all.

Reloadit was a viable means to transfer $$ to my PayPal Pre-Paid MC.

Not any more.

Reloadit Loading Service is holding $300 dollars in my "safe" and refusing to release the funds which should be able to be transferred immediately onto your prepaid card. After a week of holding the funds, Reloadit instructed me to purchase another prepaid card and refused to compensate me for the purchase of the card and activation fee, but they assured me it would "definitely resolve my issue". However, it has been another few days and the funds will not deposit into the new card either.

This company has gone downhill ever since they started the "safe" process. The "safe" allows them to have a way to hold funds of customers whereas before funds were immediately transferred to your card. Whether they hold funds for a day or in my case two weeks the amount of interest they are accruing must be incredible. This is very illegal. At this point I have no ability to resolve my case. They are refusing to reimburse me for the amount of the purchase of the new card which isn't working and they also are refusing to release the funds.

As soon as I can get my money back I'm going to discontinue use of the card and go elsewhere.In the meantime I'm going to post this everywhere I can find.

OFFTOP YOU PURCHASE THIS RELOADIT PACK AND IT LISTS THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR U TO AGREE TO IN ADDITION TO THE PRIVACY SECTION & THEN THEY HAVE A TAB PROVIDING FAQS FOR COMMON ASKED QUESTIONS...NOT ONCE OR DOES IT STATE ANYWHERE IN THESE DISCLOSURES FAQS OR ADVERTISED ON THAT PACKET.. THAT AFTER ADDING A CARD TO THE SAFE THAT THE CARD WILL REQUIRE BEING VERIFIED AT ALL AND IT DEFINITELY DOESNT GIVE U A TIMEFRAME ON HOW LONG THE VERIFICATION PROCESS IS GOING TO TAKE.. Loaded 80 into the safe. To reload a netspend card for a car payment. Days later and 25 plus calls later to the customer service center still can't access my cash. My question is why does netspend associate with this company. They are guilty by association I think. They know reload it is a rip off yet they allow us to still use it. Same for giant eagle and other retailer's that sell the pack. Never will use the pack again. Probably never get the cash back either. Companies that rip off the consumer should be made to pay huge sums in restitution right away. Instead of it dragging through the courts so the lawyers get rich.
