I trusted my 2004 Corvette to this guy (Vincent/Vinny Salsone) to replace a Fuel Pump. You will see a photo of my car in his gallery of photos. Vincent, or one of his employees drove my car right into the rear end of a Jeep with a motorcyle rack on back. This destroyed my Front Bumper, Hood, and Coolant Overflow Reservoir.
I did not learn of the damage, until I arrived to pick up my car. See photos to imagine my disappointment. When i arrived, Vincent told me that it happened in the parking lot, and that he wasn't liable. He also said that he didn't see the collision happen. This is all a big lie, because the Jeep that did this was in his shop! I saw it, and took photos. Vincent, so I learned is prone to doing burn outs in his customer's cars. Surely, he was/they were hot rodding my car when they did this. Probably lost control of it.
Of course, Vincent is refusing to pay the $7,500.00 damage to my car.
I took my 2018 Ford F-150 to this shop (Vincent/Vinny) for an Air Conditioning system that was blowing warm air. After an, "AC System Check" (3 hours later), Vincent told me that I needed to replace my AC Compressor, Receiver Drier, and Expansion Valve/Orifice Tube. My air conditioner blew cold air, for 1 day.
I took my truck back to have it rechecked. I was told that it was a, "simple mistake", and that it was good to go, now. Again, the air blew cold for 1 day. By this time, I had wasted a lot of time, but I was being patient. Vincent got had a really poor attitude, this time, and accused me of tampering with my AC system. This time, I told him not to touch my truck, and that I'd have it checked at a different shop.
The other shop (in 30 minutes) found the problem to be a, "Service Port". This is a valve where refrigerant/Freon is put into the AC system. My Freon was leaking out. I had no failed parts to begin with. This Service Port was the problem, all along. This shop had the part in stock, and completed the job in 1 1/2 hours.
Vincent refused to accept any fault, and told me that my old parts had been thrown in the trash. I found out that the trashed parts story was a lie. Vincent owed a, "Core Charge", on the compressor, and had to return it to his, "warehouse" for the core refund. That's not trash. This guy also smoked cigarettes in his shop, every time I visited it. There was cigarette smell in my truck, each time I picked it up. This is a nasty shop.
Las Vegas Residents and Visitors beware of this facility. Vincent (Vinny) Salsone is the owner of this business (516) 581-1645 (24-hour hotline). Vincent is a Patched In Hell's Angel. Vincent will do burnouts with your car, on test drives, and laugh about it with his crew.
Vincent Salsone's parts mark ups are 2.5 - 3.0 times his cost. Small parts will go to 6+ times. Vincent likes hot rods, but your family car is not save here. Vincent comes up from PURRFECT Auto Service (read up on them). That is Vincent's business ethic/mentality.
Recently, Vincent salsond and Reliance Auto Repair forged and falsified a Repair Order, and turned it in for a lien sale. Vincent salsonethen STOLE MY CAR, and is now trying to keep it, legally. It's not going to work as I have alraedy charged him with Identity Theft/Fraud, and eventually, Grand Larceny Auto. Needless to say; your "warranty wont be good here, for much longer.
