On Jan 10, I ordeed a free skin cream and a free eyecream if I paid S&H. I did and my CC was charged $4.95 twice. ON Jan 25 I was checking my statement and saw 2 charges; Jan 24 -84.92 and Jan 25 for 89.95 for recurring charges for these products. I had not recieved my free sample. I called my CC to dispute, they said contact company first. I did. They proceeded to tell me that I paid 4.95 to TRY the product and would be charged for the product if I didnt cancel within 14 days. Of course, I didnt know there was a 14 day trial. I thought I was getting a sample for S&H and ould order if I liked it. They refused to credit my account and then without my knowledge while on the phone sent me another order. And now they tell me the only way I can get a crdit is to retur the shipment they just authorized today. Total fraud. I have since disputed the charges with my CC.

I ordered what I thought was a free sample for a $4.95 shipping fee. Somewhere in the fine print that is not even on the page that you order from, it says this is a "trial" of their product. You get 15 days (including shipping time) to try the product and call to cancel. If not, the website says you will be charge $98.71 and enrolled in an Auto-Ship program. In reality, because you "ordered" the cream and the eye serum from their free sample page, you get charged 2 different charges. Mine were for $92.30 and $97.21. Then they start shipping you more products every month and charge your credit card under weird names such as "Youth Serum Derm" and "BIG*DERMLOVE" and "Youth Skin Derm."

When you call to cancel and get a refund, they refuse. I was able to get a refund on the second shipment (which I have never received) by I had to get angry and keep pushing and ask to speak to a supervisor. It's all part of their script. They offer you a 15% refund (what a joke!) on the unopened product if you return it at your expense. If you throw a fit, they put you on hold and "go talk to their supervisor" and then offer you a 35% refund. When you say that is not good enough, they put you on hold again and come back with an offer of a 50% refund.

When you say no to that, they put you on hold and come back to offer you a 100% refund. They won't do anything about the initial charges for the "trial" products. Truly unbelievable that they think this is how to build a business! Obviously, they have crap products and only intend to rip everyone off initially before they shut down and take the money and run. No one would put up with this crap! I would love to sue this company as I know they are doing this to countless people. When you call the 800 number for customer service, you first get an automated voice that tells you how to cancel. Interesting. They know that is what everyone wants so they put that right up front!

I ordered a free trial after hearing about Angeilie Jolie skin care product. I thought was only ordering a free trial. Did not see any informaiton regarding the regular price. The email receipt also did not provide this details. A few weels thereafter I was charged for both a facial cream for $98.00 and an eye cream for $89.00 When I called the company they told me I agreed to this on the website. Acknowledged that none of the details were sent in the receipt and that it was only online. I went online and could not even locate a sign on option. They offered a 35% courtesy refund which I agreed to, but feel I should have been given a full refund. This is an extremely shady way to do busiiness and they are intentionally misleading the public and ripping people off for significant amounts of money! She should be ashame of herself
