This company called me July 29, 2016. Wanting to sign me up to advertise my small business on their tablets inside a local restaurant. A few days later the owner of the company called me and talked me into paying almost double to have my add be advertised at a second restaurant and my add will be larger and for a second year of advertising. The contract stated that it would take 120 days before it will be displayed since they would have to create my add and get a few more companies to pt to advertise. That would be novever 29, 2016!mind you, I have been the one to have to reach out begging for updates this entire time and it usually takes days to about a week to get a response. If I called the company the receptionist sends me to a voicemail. Since it is so hard to get answers from them I thought I would called the restaurants to check and see if the tablets are out. December 30,2016 I called and the employee stated that they do not have any tablets on the tables and the owners of the restaurant would never agree to have them.
So I contacted the company and the only person to talk to was a sales man that could not help much. The person I had been emailing back and forth I told him I think they are a fraud company since the restaurant doesn't have them. He the. Sends me a signed signature for the drivered tablets of course dated December 30,2016 the day I called. I have called the restaurant 3 times in the last 2 days to try to reach the manager to see if they know anything and I have yet to hear back from them. As well and regnal media. My credit card company in December couldn't refund us since it was past 120 days that the contract stated. I called the credit card company yesterday again since we stil have not received our paid service and it's almost 6 months now! They couldn't believe regnal media as well. They are now investigating this company to refund me. I have filed a claim with the FBI to review this shady company and I have contacted my lawyer. They basically take your money and run and they drag your feet making it appear they are doing something and nothing gets done! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!!!
I do not know how to move forward with investigating them but yeah, they got me as well. So ticked! Scenario noted above was the same footprint that got me - and the same timeframe as well.
