Signed up for trial they have been taking money out of my account every month since then. Phone # is disconected so can't cancel. Finally found a different # on someone elae complaining.

I just want all the money back they sold from me. They rip people off and their product doesn't work

The initial offer if for a trial of $5.95 and $4.95. Your receive a confirmation email for precisely those amounts -- there is no other order information nor terms of purchase. Weeks later you will see your credit card charged for $87.18 and $89.55 for items you never ordered or agreed to purchase.

A call to customer service is useless as you are connected to an off shore cost center and are read a scripted message -- the agent does not listen to your complaint and you are forced to dispute the amounts with your credit card company.

Just like so many others, I AM Internet savvy, yet I fell for this stupid scam. I looked over the entire website, but missed the "terms and conditions" all the way at the bottom of the page, so I charged the $4.99 and ordered the “amazing” trial bottle. It came pretty quickly packed by itself in a box (rattling around.) It was an unremarkable little jar…nothing positive, nothing negative. The negative came about a week or so later.

Luckily, I have set up with my bank that they will send an email whenever I am charged something when my credit card was not physically presented. Around 3am the other day I was sent one of these emails charging me $89.92 from South Beach Face Cream. I started dealing immediately with my bank, but it took two days until the charge was completely though and I was able to dispute it. The bank gave me the phone number of the vendor and I called them two days after the charge appeared.

Here is my best advice. The woman who answered the phone gave me a name and her agent number. She was polite but well-trained and insistent. I, too, remained polite but immovable. I was confused, though. I thought the $89.92 charge was for the next shipment, thinking the package I had received was free. OH, NO! The charge was for the little jar I had already received rattling around in the box, because I hadn’t canceled my subscription within the 14 days. (BTW, the charge at 3 am was the start of the 15th day.) I told her I didn’t want a subscription. I told her that I would mail back the little jar. She was insistent that while she would cancel my subscription, I now had to pay for the jar.

I told her after a few minutes that I filed a dispute with my bank and she said they would send the bank their terms and conditions and would have to make payment. I just kept firmly saying, “That isn’t good enough” and that I wanted to speak to her supervisor. I REALLY figured out this was a scam when she put me on hold, came back very quickly, and told me that she had been “for one time authorized to reduce the charge by 25%.” Again I said it wasn’t good enough. Soon enough she put me on hold again and when she returned she had been again authorized to reduce the charge for one time only by 50%. I told her it wasn’t good enough and that I wanted the charge REMOVED. Finally she told me that the charge would be removed and that she would send me two emails showing that the charge would be removed and also that my subscription had been canceled. I politely thanked her for her professionalism and we wished each other a good day.

The emails HAVE come through and the credit is posted on my credit card. (I have had my bank block this company from any further charges.) So, the bottom line is…don’t fall for these online scams! But, if you do and get charged some crazy amount, be calm and polite as you talk to their representative, but don’t budge until you get them to totally remove the charges. Take your time, because it WILL take time, but they won’t want to waste their time on you when they know it’s all a scam. Good luck!!

I saw this on-line and ordered it and now i automatically receive a jar and a bottle Shipped and charges separately) of these two products every month. I have called the number the site listed to "cancel at any time" and behold nobody at this number can find my name or any other info on me. Not only that, they can't even find any products by the name "regenere." to say the least i am very disappointed to see that there have been many people write that this is a scam and yet they still remain in business. I don't understand how this continues to occur with so many people reporting this as a scam. There has to be some course of action to stop these people from what amounts to stealing our money!!!!!!

They offer you to try their Cream for shipping cost only. $4.99. A month later, the amount of $89.92 is taken out of your account by Anti Aging 888-475936888-4759368 DE. Hopefully you notice this because if you don't, the next month you will be charged another $89.92 and receive another jar of Regenere. But the slip with the cream doesn't say anything about being charged, that your on a account with them to do this every month it only says they sent you 1 Regenere Cream and an order #???Hopefully you check your statement by now to see they charged you for the first jar they sent and they are now sending your more jars at $89.92 a piece.

My mother had this happen to her, she is elderly, doesn't look at her account online and didn't realize this was happening until I questioned this Jar that came in the mail. I called the Customer Service and told them there is nothing online or in any documentation from them that states they are going to charge you if you keep this product they claim to let you try for shipping cost only and keep charging you until you do something about it. I got hung up on by a woman named Nina, I called back and talked to Nicole. I told her I need a RA# to send this stuff back and I need this money returned to her account. The problem was, I only knew about one of the charges at that time on December 6th because we called the bank. It is now December12th and the November statement has the first charge that I did not know about.

I sent both jars back on December 9th made sure to get a signature that they received it and a tracking number. I called Regnere today, got hung up on again and called back. Talked to someone who said her name was "Agent 128" I told her I need reimbursed the total cost of both jars at $89.92 plus the shipping cost of $7.06. Total refund of $186.90. She tries telling me they can not refund the first charge because it had been past the 30 period. Suddenly this try this cream for cost of shipping has turned into a financial nightmare with rules made as they go along. I wasn't going to argue with a professional scam artist but I will get this money back to my mom one way or another. My banker will help me with this tomorrow. I will also go to The Better Business Bureau. USPS got both jars full back and signed my a person M. Mondragon.

I ordered the 14 day supply of two skin products for the cost of shipping. I used the product and they seemed to help. I called the number to see how I needed to do to order more. They said I was going to be sent the product automatically and charged $98 (approx) for each producct automaticallyl I said that was out of my budget range. They then said I could have the products for 50% off. This upset me because it sounded to me to be very manipulative. Then they said that if I wanted to keep the 14 day trail that I would need to pay $29.95 or return the products. I thought to myself that would be a hassle to return, so I said delete my aocount and charge me for the $29.95. I just want to be done with this.

When I just checked my credit card, the company had charged me twice for the amount of $29.95. That is NOT what I agreed upon. I called them back and told them that was not my understanding. I was told that I was going to be charged $29.95 NOT twice. So I told them I wanted my credit card credited for the two $29.95 fees and that I would return the product. Thry said that was impossible. So I asked to speak to their supervisor. I waited on the phone for about 10 minutes. When the supervisor came on, I told him my story and he said there was nothing he could do about it bacuse my account was closed. We argued but he continued to say like a recording that there wa nothing he could do. Which I think is totally untrue.

This company in my opinion is a rip off because it does not disclose how their program works and that you will automatically be charged when you order a trail sample and they did not disclose what they were going to charge. And also because they were not clear about the cost of keeping the trial sample. I feel this company is dishonest and I say buyer be ware!!! Anytime a company starts charging your credit card without disclosing their program in plain sight is being manipulative!

This is the worst scam ever!! customer service is incredibly unsympathetic and they hide info and say that you agreed to things, as they have a keen way of twisting things around. The 30-day money back guarantee is twisted into having you agree that the product cannot be returned once sent so the refund is only 75% when you never asked for the production the first place. It is a horrible, horrible company and the product is crap! i cannot believe i trusted dr. Oz and will never trust his advertising again. He is part of the overall scam it seems. Truly the most pitiful and frustrating experiences i have ever dealt with. Alfonso, chris, and supervisor brian had my blood pressure so high it was unbearable. An unequivocal f fro this experience and bs product!
