Be advised this place is a rip off! I got my 2004 Nissan Pathfinder Armada towed there on April 16, 2017. I spoke to a gentleman in service named Dustin (ext.129). I explained to Dustin via phone that my vehicle stopped moving and that I saw a puddle of transmission fluid. He said that he would get it looked at, then would give me a call. He called me back the next day. He told me that I had an issue with my coils, needed a trans flush, and recommended a few other services. He said that AFTER they did a complete diagnostic that my total would come to $926.

He said that nothing else was noticed and that it would be ready later on, but at latest the next day. less than an hour later, Dustin called and advised me that after they filled the fluids and changed the lines my transmission started smoking internally. He said that my transmission was gone. He mentioned a repair cost of $5,100. I said NO! They misdiagnosed the problem and now they want me to pay over $500 for the services that were rendered. So basically, I get my vehicle towed there for them to change some lines, fill my fluid, and the truck still isn't running?! Does that seem logical in any way? He then put his Service Manager on the phone who does not want to release my vehicle until I pay the fee.

Dustin DID NOT tell me that it would be $926 to start, but could be more if any other issues arose. He said that the diagnostic was completed and gave me the findings. I was misled to believe that my car would be up and running after I paid the $926 fee. I am a military veteran that has proudly served my country, and to think a company such as this would rip off its customers is a travesty! I will contact my attorney in the morning on this matter. I did not sign ANYTHING!

Brain their sales manager is a complete liar. I purchased a 2014 used Sentra, certified, to find it infested with GERMAN ROACHES. I called this dealership several times to get this issue rectified to no avail. All i kept getting was " We do not service bug problems"

The vehicle pockets and compartments had food in them and when i pulled my rear seats down there was gum stuck to them melted but still in the wrapper. I finally went in and had an argument with Brian who said they would take an hour to bomb it. I sat there an hour and no one even touched it. I waited longer, until 2 hours passed to have brian inform me they will need to keep my car fora day and can not provide me with a loaner.

Once I finally received help from another sales manager who got me into a loaner, they kept my vehicle for 2 weeks and bombed it 11 times! I called exterminators and they informed me German roaches build nests and the problem will not go away until it is found. I asked if it was found they told me no. I then asked was my car stripped during these bombings or did they leave my seats, carpets, and head lining in my vehicle to host these chemical in. Mr. Longacre lied to me once again saying he saw with his own two eyes that my vehicle was stripped down to the metal. When i asked the service manager was that true IN FRONT of brian he said no. So my vehicle is not even safe for me to sit inside of.

I was told I can come in for another vehicle. They also had me look at my vehicle and everything was the exact way it was when i dropped it off including the food in the compartments and gum spot still there and a white line dripping from my center console into my carpet. Brain tried to sell me a brand new 2016 vehicle with my payments $200 higher than what i am already paying. I was told my car i bought for $12,900 (less than 2 months ago) is now only worth $7000 and they can not take my car back and trade it out for something of equal value. My mother then exchanged words with Brian and once I called him a liar to his face he then kicked me off of the property and I was not welcome back. I still have not heard from Vincent or Aaron or anyone i have requested to speak with when I talked to Nissan USA consumer affairs. I am forced to stay in this roach infested car that now smells like chemicals.
