Our investigation of Redtail Technology has linked many employees posting 5 star positive reviews to boost the company from their negative image. one of those employees was the Director of Sales David Mehlhorn who placed a 5 star review on his company's website to help boost its image and performance.
After his review was called out, it was deleted and then every review, including those negative reviews placed by actual customers and not employees, was removed from the Facebook page.
The policy to place postive 5 star reviews was not limited to him alone. Other empolyees included Kala Greeson, Dusty Russell, Casey Startcher, Rachel Bird, and Susan Bernard Webb.
After descrepinces were found with RedTail Technology on other websites, the company was linked to receiving postive reviews posted by many employees. If this practice was not condoned by the company then the deletion of David Mehlhorn's review would not have been pulled first.
It appears that this is a practice in this office. If the practice was not standard or requested then the review placed by the Director of Sales David Melhorn would not have been placed to edit the image of their products and services. After his deletion, the reviews, including those by legitimate customers that were negative as far back as 2013 and 2014, were removed.
