This crazy b@$%€ says orders are completed and shipped within 2-3 weeks, but then, months pass, she makes up countless excuses, promises to ship next day, and almost a year later, still waiting. DO NOT waste your money. She has almost 12k followers on IG, her main selling platform, and is continuously setting up shop forums to avoid the customers like myself who have been duped and are fed up. It isn't rocket science- you get overloaded, you stop making sales and catch up on outstanding orders. She posts new items DAILY, but can't manage the time to actually make anything she "sells". Hey, Rebecca, (yes, I know your name,) Refusal to be real and take care of customer orders confirms intentional con-artistry. Those "health problems", if they are indeed real, are probably karma catching up to you. Stop stealing and lying, and maybe your health will improve. (Although with your track record of lying, there are probably no actual health issues at all.) I sure wish I could be a fly on the wall when this bad karma inevitably catches up to you.

Buyer Beware! Do Not Order!

I would give this place a 0 star if possible. I will be contacting my bank about fraudulent changes for items never delivered. Ordered in October with lies upon lies about when product would be shipped. Do not order!

I placed an order for one custom item mid-June. When I didn't receive the item in the stated time frame, I emailed asking for the status of the item. We went back and forth a few times (lots of excuses), finally "she" said that the item had been shipped, and I asked for a tracking number twice. No tracking number was ever provided. She promised that she would overnight the item the next day. Again, I never received it. Then I asked for cancellation and refund and got no reply, she had ceased communication. Today I visited her website and live-messaged her, asking about her handmade items and processing and shipping times. When she told me three weeks, I confronted her with my order and situation and pointed out that it was strange that it had been over two months and I still had not received my item, nor had she been responding to my communications. She made a half-hearted attempt at "looking into it", came up with some more excuses, then mysteriously disconnected our live chat. Buyer beware-this is a scam!

Rude & deceitful

Placed order August 11th, promised in 2-3 weeks. Nothing, so I wrote & she said she emailed me...no she didn’t & said she would send out ASAP. Still nothing so wrote again & she said she would overnight it, still nothing. Wrote again & she said it was too expensive to overnight but would be there by Wednesday. I said she should have informed me & she said “I run a very high volume business all on my own, so I do not always have the time to reach out to each customer individually.” Umm what? I have screenshot all of our conversations & kept all the emails. This woman does not know how to run a business or keep customers coming back. Rude & deceitful.

Placed an order on redlillipopboutique.com on 1/26/18 that was needed before 3/17/18. Website stated 2 to 3 week turnaround time. After I hadn’t seen any updates or had any contact from seller, I reached out to her on 2/24/18. Rebecca promised me on two separate occasions that my item would be delivered before St. Patrick’s Day. I reached out to her again when I still hadn’t gotten a tracking number and she told me she was catching up with emails and would provide it to me. At that point, if the item weren’t in the mail yet, it wasn’t getting here in time. She never provided it to me. I finally got an email from her tonight, 3/16/18, apologizing for not getting my item completed. Just two days ago, she told me she had a tracking number and the item hadn’t even been made yet. Had she told me a month ago that she couldn’t make this item and get it to me 6 weeks after I had ordered it, I could have at least gotten something else.

Instead, something I had planned for months was ruined. She is a crook and a con artist, lying and making excuses along the way. Buyer beware. After I had not received my tracking number, I searched high and low for reviews. I found countless reviews where people had experienced the same thing. I wish I had seen those reviews before purchasing from her. So because of that, I will make it my mission to spread the word not to buy from her.

This company Red Lollipop Boutique will take your money and promise your items to you by a certain date and then cut off communication. This business owner posts daily on social media but will ignore your messages after they have run out of excuses as to why you still don't have your items. She is praying on the excitement of pregnant woman wanting to purchase these items for their newborns. After months of no progress I requested a refund which I was told was not possible as the items have been processed. This is not the case as the site states unfulfilled and she reported she ships UPS overnight from the states to Canada. This request for tracking has also gone ignored. Please do not waste your money not only do I have no items that I paid double for with the exchange rate to Canada but also have no time to acquire these items elsewhere. It is really sad to see that someone is taking advantage of pregnant women and stealing money from them when that money should be going to my newborn!

Absolutely Furious over "no show" order

Does anyone know how to get our money back from this business? I placed 2 orders on November 1, she had the money withdrawn from my account and then nothing. No product, no return emails, no return messages. I am heartbroken and very angry. I don't have extra money to just blow and these items were supposed to be for my new granddaughters. What a horrible person to treat other people this way :-(

Scam

I wish I had read the reviews before wasting my hard earned money. A costly lesson. Never received order or refund. Had to run around last minute to replace expected items. Put a damper on our event. Terrible ordeal.

I found an adoreable crochet leprechaun outfit I wanted to order for my grandsons St Patricks Day photo shoot, the website has a chat option available and with this being a handmade item and it was Feb 2nd, I wanted to be sure it there was enough time to get this made, she assured me there was plenty of time and that I would receive a text message when it shipped.

I waited patiently and hadn't heard anything as of March 1st so I sent a msg inquiring about my order and got no response. I waited hoping I would receive it but never did. I sent a email the day after St Patricks Day letting her know I wasnt impressed and that I wish I had read her reviews before I ordered and that I would be disputing the charge with Paypal, within mins I received emails stating my order was cancelled and that I was being issued a refund along with the followin message from the site owner : "Your order has already been cancelled and refunded, therefore you will not be able to file a calim with Paypal.

I got behind, I am only human so give me a break." This is the claim in all her reviews that she states she fell behind due to health issues or family death or whatever excuse she decides to use, I feel that if she were a legit business she would have notified me sooner or all the other complaints for that matter that she was over booked with orders and would not be able to fullfill my order at this time, especially since I took into account the fact that hand made items take time and asked her before I ordered.

I am certain that had I not emailed her again threatening to file a claim with Pay Pay I would have never heard from her again as is the case with many of the reviews I read. DO NOT BE SCAMMED BY THIS FRAUD OF A BUSINESS!, I will post and share everything I can find and ask all my friends to do the same til she stops doing this to people!

I believe this is a complete scam! I've reported this business.

Zero stars. Based on what I have seen, I believe this is a FRAUDULENT company pretending to sell crochet items, and any positive reviews I believe are fake. They say they will give a refund, but as in my case, I have received no money back. I ordered a crochet outfit that they guaranteed would get to me by 1-18-19. When it did not arrive by the date, I emailed them and received no response. I went to their online chat a couple of times and finally got an answer that the order would arrive in another week and a half. The date passed once again, nothing. I emailed them with no response. I really wanted the item, so I gave one more chance when talking on their online chat on their website and they said it would get to me in a week. Once again, I received no shipping confirmation and nothing arrived. I emailed and said that I wanted a refund. I didn't get an answer until I said I would be reporting the business. I received an email and a text saying I had been refunded, and I responded saying no, I haven't. I paid through PayPal and there is no such refund. I reported this to Paypal as well as the FTC, Facebook, and Instagram, and I urge you to do the same so that the fraud can stop!
