I just recently discovered a company called “RTS Realty Store” has been automatically withdrawing $49.60 each month from my MasterCard account without my knowledge. This has been going on since July 2016!
I had no knowledge this was happening, no idea who “Realty Store“ was, & no idea what I was supposed to be getting for that money.
I tried calling them, but no one answered. Then I wrote a detailed message on their website contact page but received no response. I called again today & talked to someone who couldn’t even find my account at first. He finally located it & said he would cancel the withdrawals today.
I stated I wanted a refund for all those deductions that I had no knowledge of & he said I would have to send them a refund request “to see if I qualify”.
I completed the form & am waiting on a reply; however, since the amount they owe me is $843, I question whether I will get it.
I'm a student of Real Estate investment. I was surfing the internet to find local real Estate Agents in my area and prospecting homes . I came across Realty.com website I liked the ad, in order to view the website I had to give my personal information & pay a fee of 1.00 after reviewing the site I canceled.However I also have another company i'm a member of and the billings on my statement appears to be the same but were not of the same company! I'm still being billed for I want all my money back! except 1.00 that I agreed to
Realtystore.com Goleta ca , is ripping peoples off, whoever go to there site looking for homes trying to get there credit score , they will charge you a dollar 1.00, then will electronically charge you again without your permission or even agreeing on electronic transactionsof$49.60. If you see this on your account knowing well what you have or spent and see this 49.60 it's a scam.
I can see a lot of people has been charge for no reason with this company. I signed up for a free trial and immediately canceled; however I've been charged over $100 in a month.I call and nobody answers, I email and nobody addresses my issue.
Using internet to look up homes for sale, found this website and for $1 for the first month to look at homes for sale in my area, and cancelled the next month, which they said i could do. The Realtystore.com is still charging to my credit card each month $49.60 for 3 additional months.
