I have not been paid since August. When I first started working for them, they were responsive. Since I inquired about my pay, they have been evasive and non- decided to look further into it by investigating through the internet today. I came across other physicians who stated they had the same experience.

I have tried calling several people that work for this company, but in 2 months I have not had a response. They are very shady in the sense that I never really know if they are paying me properly. The checks are just checks without any breakdown of the work that I completed.

If there are others in the same boat I would like to be connected so that we can possibly figure out what the best course of action would be. I have never been in a situation like this before and I am starting to realize that there are companies that will take advantage of physicians. Looking back, I should have done my due diligence. I did not research this company and had no concerns since I was receiving a pay check monthly.

Physicians looking for a side gig to supplement their incomes will be sadly disappointed if they sign up with RealTime Physicians. Promises of abundant work for generous compensation with guaranteed payment by a specified date each month with a check sent to you via trackable shipping. The first month this happens but when the check arrives, it is for an incorrect amount with a note stating an audit is ongoing due to a computer glitch and the balance will follow shortly. The payments arrive later and later each month, and the excuses become more abundant. You haven't logged into the portal in 18 hours now? You will be getting calls asking why you haven't completed your assessments, and this will be on top of the daily text message you receive. When you finally do get fed up and do the right thing by giving the required noticed of termination of your agreement with RealTime Physicians, you'll likely get a call pleading you to do them a favor a complete some assessments that were assigned to you in error because it would really help them out. When you decline citing non-payment as the reason for exercising your termination without cause right, you will receive a great deal of sympathy. What you will not ever receive, however, is your final check. It will ultimately end up being the largest one that is due payable to you. Bottom line: All the reports on this site regarding RealTime Physicans, 24 Hour Virutal MD, MedTech WorldWide, Steven Goldberg, and Sonia Russell are painfully accurate. Avoid them at all costs!

Telemedicine physicians beware of Realtime Physicians also knowm as 24hr Virtual MD and now they call themselves MD on Call. They claim to be a telemedicine physician third party provider service. They are committing Medicare fraud by falsifying patient records with bogus medical diagnosis that is submitted to Medicare.

Steven Goldberg is the owner on paper, his assistant Lucy Claudio and convicted felon Marc Sporn is the ringleader. They receive illegal kickbacks from over 20 DME vendors and compounding pharmacies that send them Medicare patient leads.

They use photoshop to plagorize doctor signatures. Do not work for them. They are under investigation. You could end up in prison !
