Like the other review on this site, I had a terrible experience with Real Property Management Pros. They were anything but "professional". I've never experienced such incompetence, stating with my account representative being antagonistic / shifting blame, to office staff misplacing keys to the maintenance office's lack of communication and using contractors that make the problem worse.
There was also this blame shifting that RPM representatives do whenever they made a mistake, which only made the situation worse. My tenants were furious over several situations and even threatened to sue RPM for negligence. They would blame everyone else (tenants, landlord and vendors) instead of taking responsibility. This was the most frustrating experience I've ever had and will be posting reviews about it.
