They repaired my microvave and 47 days later it broke down with the same problem on setting up the appointment their operator said their would be a $60.00 service fee which included the repair cost excluding the cost of parts, it took him about 15 minutes to repair but he did not do a through check and it broke down with the same problen in 47 days. They charged me an additional charge of $19.00 dollars for repair whick was suposse to be included in the service charge and wanted to charge me another $60.oo service charge to come out agian as they are very strick on a 30 day guarantee most other companies guarantee a 90 day to a year on GE repairs. Needles to say check other companies before using RC as they ripped me off.
