This company's back up support and service from the management and over

Derek is extremely poor unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone buy from this man.

He offers a product which can be bought cheaper elsewhere.

It could be illegal as he streaming in your home and gerenally unpleasant man.

My impression was he was a conman and RIPPOFF

While attending the home & garden show in Orlando FL. I purched an Rbox for $235. It was promised to get every tv show ever aired, every movie ever made, all free and legal. So much for free, nothing is free. The box worked fine for the first 3 to 4 months. Then the problems started. Getting tech support was like pulling teeth. After finally getting a responce from rbox I was told it needed to be reprogrsmed. I sent it back with a check ror$25. It was returned and seemed to work as it was supposed to. That lasted 3 weeks, then there was no sound. The tv works ok with sound but when the box is turned on, there is no sound. After several text messages, and several phone calls I received a text telling me to replace the HGMI cable . My question is, how much more money do I have to spend befor thie thing will work as promised. Teck support is a joke, Save your money, stay away from this.

At the Daytona Beach Home Show I was impressed with a "box" that is said would eliminate the need for paying any more Cable bills. I was told by Derek Joseph that there was no risk if I did not like it I could return it for a full refund as long as it was within 2 weeks. So I purchased 2 units for $426 (including tax). Unfortunately I could not get either box to work so I called the help line. Left a message and repeated this for three days. After being unsuccessful to get a response, I called my Master Card bank (Bank of America) and stopped the payment to RBOXTV. Interestingly that got me a call back from Mr. Joseph who indicated that he had tried to reach me several times. Well knowing that was untrue, I requested a refund because it had been only a few days since the purchase. Mr. Joseph gave me an address to return the boxes to. I followed his direction and mailed the 2 boxes with a return receipt. The return receipt (signed by receiver at the address) was delivered three days before the two week money back guarantee. Mr. Joseph refused to give me a refund so I processed it through my bank (Bank of America) who totally messed the transaction up and told me I would have to go back to the merchant for my refund. I went back to Mr. Joseph with a sincere Appeal for my money to be returned. After several attempts, Mr. Joseph returned my email with the words "have a nice day" written in it. This is why I feel that I was bilked out of the money by Mr. Joseph who is part owner of RBOXTV.
