We paid off our car and waited 2 weeks to get our title. It's supposed to be sent certified mail. When the title didn't come, we called Ray Skillman for them to inform us that apparently our title was sent to the wrong address. When I called to pay off this car Warren confirmed my address to where the title would be sent and it was correct. Well here it is 1 more week and I call they tell me that it might take a second for the title to get to me. HOW LONG SHOULD IT TAKE TO GET CERTIFIED MAIL FROM INDIANAPOLIS INDIANA TO EATON INDIANA? I feel like these people are just screwing me around! My car is PAID for and I want MY title!
