Below I will post the details that I posted on the forum where I met this company and started a "s***list" in which they had no proof of work done and stopped responding and were banned because of this.
$9,000 spent, 9 Months of Patience, Two Ruined websites (not one keyword ranking top 100) and < 100 backlink report given a single time after asking for it for a week straight…
Unfortunately given that I’ve been at this and patient for the last 9 months, I don’t have chat logs to show the extent of the incompetence with Xtremerank (http://xtremerank.com), due to that laptop being broken. I still have the hard drive though, so if they come in here and try to take our conversation and manipulate it in some way, I will recover the conversations so that I can prove that these guys took advantage of my previous lack of knowledge on SEO and told me whatever they could to get me to stop bothering them until the next time I complained. After 9 months I’ve had enough of the false promises and lack of work and results.
I was contacted by Moosey (Tony) here on blackhatworld on an old post where I was looking for SEO. One thing led to another and I ended up hiring Roman and Tony to do my SEO work. We got to a website where they claimed to build a “Silo” structure, posted on the blog and link building. After 12 weeks of paying $750 a week and seeing no results, I got fed up and told them I was done paying and I needed to see results before I moved forward with payments. Given that I knew nothing about SEO at the time (which they were well aware of) I just waited to see results for money spent.
So after I stopped paying, it was one excuse after another. The first one was just that it was in the sandbox stage and it could take 3-6 months to get out of this. I basically agreed to continue to wait and see what happens. After every few weeks of frustrating messages from seeing nothing they finally decide that the first site was ruined and that they needed to start fresh on a new site. So I agree, build another site out, they ask me to 301 the old one to the new site and they transfer all the old content to the new site. This all took place around October-November (roughly) and I decided to give them a few months without bothering them. A few days ago I had enough and contact them both, didn’t get a response until I contacted someone else who then contacted a partner of theirs who finally ended up getting them to respond to me.
