On 4-21-2010 I purchased 2 properties in La. as fixer uppers from Ricky Delacruz doing business at . Long beach,Ca.I live in hawaii and was friends with his girlfriend so I trusted him.I was also very naieve.I paid cash of 150k for both so no need for title insurance. We closed the deal at Bergeron title insurance co in Chalmette,La. with myself RDC and Joyce Bergeron the title co. owner.As I found out later a title co. will not sell one insurance if there is a lien on a property. These properties were fixer uppers and RDC was going to do that part as he owed me 100k that I lent him at 3% interest. I never got that money back either. Well a little later i found out through a realtor in La. that the properties had a 90k lien on them.. The lien was held by RDC friend against the property. I believe Bergeron co was involved and knew of the liens. She was his friend or was paid off in my opinion.I recently won my case in court and now must collect. Do NOT dobusiness with this man as he is not only a ripper and unethical but has no conscience who he rips off.I have paoperwork to back up all my claims if you do not believe me. Please be CAREFULL dealing with RDC in long beach Ca.
