R Cline Co Inc Reviews
I was defrauded by Ray Cline. He borrowed money for business purpose from me.
In return he gave me promissory note and a check for the amount owed. Then he refused
to give me my money back and his check had no sufficient funds in the bank.
After many court appearences and two lawyers involved I was granted a judgement
against Cline and his wife. Until now I was not able to execute the court judgment, because
according to Cline's financial staments he is peniless.
