Quail Creek Apartments Reviews

  • Jan 28, 2020

The managers at Quail Creek apartments, have full knowledge that the apartments in the back buildings, 7166 Armstrong, are uninhabitable. The lower level units are subjected to constant flooding of black, raw sewage that comes from the manhole.

These people have children, this could be looked at child endangerment. The sewage covers most of the apartment floors and the hallways. They leave you to rot in the mess all day then they have a van come out. All the techs do is suck up the sewage and air dry the carpets. They are supposed to according to the Federal Health department, evacuate the building, and remove the pads and carpets.

Quail Creek apartments located at 913 N. 72nd Street in Kansas City, Kansas is negligent for not pulling up sewage soaked carpets in the tenants apartments. On a monthly basis, sewage spills into the apartment units soaking the carpets in the bedrooms and living rooms. Sewage spills into the kitchens and bathrooms as well. There is also sewage water filling the entire lobby of the entry way to the apartments. Trinity Management group is the owner of the property. They fail to come in to remove the sewage soaked carpets, all they do is just put fans in to so call dry the carpets out. But the tenants are still breathing in sewage water and feces. Most of these tenants have small children and that is also child endangerment.

Marisa is the rental manager who has raised the rent on these units. She is never in her office so you can have a face to face talk with her or get a rental receipt. The City of Kansas City, Kansas is also responsible for cleaning out the manhole that is near the property on a regular basis, this is contributing to the sewage spills. These apartments are considered uninhabitable. Management needs to be sued for relocation and moving expenses for each tenant affected by the sewage spills.
