I purchased a vehicle and after driving away the check engine light came on. When I got home I noticed hail damage and the AC was not cooling properly. I called and they said they would repair. I rolled down the window because the AC did not work and the window fell off the track and wouldn't roll back up. At this point I was very upset with the vehicle. I recieved a text two days after purchase from the salesman that they have a better deal and asked me to come in and sign another contract. I became suspicious and went back to read over the contract and noticed they added my down payment to the total price instead of deducting the down payment. They also used the wrong figure to calculate my payments. The bank rejected the invalid contract and did not fund the loan. I refused to sign another contract and they said they would put me in another vehicle I was happy with. I did not want any of the vehicles they had to offer. I requested my down payment be returned so that I could leave. They refused to return my money. When I told them that I wouldn't return the car until they returned my money they said they would hire a wrecker to come and pick up the vehicle and charge me for the wrecker. I gave them the keys to the vehicle and they told me they would not return my $1500.00 down payment because I could purchase another vehicle or re sign the contract on the previous vehicle.
I bought a 2008 Mini cooper from Q Motorcars September 26,2015. The check engine light came on on the way home. I called them the next day because antifreexe was now also leaking all over. After contacting them several times they finally came and towed the car to be fixed. It took them over a month to finally say it was fixed. The check engine light still came on. I contacted them again and I never received a return call.
When I took the vehicle into another shop in January after not driving it for several months but paying 360.00 per month to see what was wrong with it and I was advised it would need a new transmission. I also have continued to try to obtain my license plates for this car and to this day which now has been over a year I still have no plates. I can't afford to fix this car and have barely driven it but continue to make a monthly payment for it. Do not ever buy a vehicle from this dealer. I have read numerous horror stories simialar to my own where they have ripped off their customers.

Went and looked at car liked it looked really nice was able to get it financed second night having it needing to go from work turned on headlights and there wasn't any well they fixed that 2 weeks later went to back to the car dealer and told them that there is a knocking in the engine they take the car and and they bring it back to me and said no knocking and as i was getting into the car realize that the car was leaking from underneath asked why it was leaking told me it was from being worked on so now I have a car leaking oil and they say its not their fault well they say they are going fix anything else on the car I have had this car long enough to make 1 payment and now along with leaking oil I have something called a exhaust gas recirculation valve that needs to need replaced and let me not forget having a problem with the power steering pump issues what's sad I don't even have my plates or stickers for my car yet and I feel like its falling apart and this company says they will call and don't you go in there they say oh the person you need to talk to not there just treat you like your nothing
