I heard the infomercial on the radio for Everstrong. I sudder from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, so this product, which is supposed to provide energy, endurance and muscle tone improvement sounded pretty good. I called for my "Free" bottle and I asked about its effect on the kidneys because I have only 50% function. I was told that their had been over 50 clinical studies done on this product with no side effects on the kidneys and that I would be able to tell within five days if it was helping me.

I paid the shipping cost and received a 2 week trial bottle. After 1 week, I saw no improvement so I called again, talked to another agent who told me that the first agent was wrong and that it takes 30 to 45 days to see improvement, and that most people order a second bottle when they make their first order, which I did not. I decided it was worth a try since nothing else has worked to lesson my daily fatigue and lack of energy. I continued to take the product. 2 weeks later, I was sent to the lab by my rhumetologist to take a kidney function test for another medication that I was taking taht doesn't effect the kidneys per se, but if my function goes below 50% , then I have to cut way down on the use of the medication that I take for Chronic Fatigue syndrome.

I received a call from the doctor on a Saturday, so I knew it was going to be bad news. He told me that my kidney function had diminished significantly down below 39% and my creatinine levels had gone from 1.2 to 1.7 which in terms of danger is like an earthquake going up each tenth of a point. He asked me if I was taking anything new, and I told hime about the Everstrong. He told me to stop immediately and go back in three weeks to take the lab test again.

I called Purity and reported this, and a third agent said she was sorry to hear, but she could sell me another product for a lot more money that would detoxify the kidneys. Are you kidding me! I hung up and called back asking to speak to a supervisor and told her the whole story. She said they were not medical professionals and could not take any resposibility for the negative effects that their products might have on their customers. If I hadn't been lied to by the 1st agent regarding the possible effects on the kidneys, I wouldn't have even started the product in the first place.

They just want to make a sale and will say anything to do it. The supervisor was as uncaring as one could be. I did further research on the product and found out the main ingediant can cause kidney failure and even death. They should know this about a product that they are pushing on infomercials and programs on the radio touting the safety of this particular product. If I hadn;t gone for a kidney test when I did, I could be on dialysis now or even worse.

The discalimers put on the bottles saying that the supplements are not regulated by the FDA allows them to sell potententially deadly products to unsuspecting consumers and take no blame for the consequences. I should have read all the complaints and poor ratings of this company before I ever ordered anything, but they brag about their great ratings and reviews and I believed them. You might as well buy something off a street drug salesman for all the good it does to buy from a company that doesn't seem to care about their customers and just want to make money. Don't be fooled by the testimonials and lies perpetrated by this company. Some produicts may be innocuous, but some of them can be deadly, and they don't seem to care!

I heard radio offer of a free product sample called "Green Tea CR" from Purity Products. I called and requested the sample, giving my credit card number to cover a $4.95 shipping fee. I declined a suggestion of regular shipments every month, saying I only wanted the sample.

I later recieved an email offer of free bottle of "Duro Max. Being 75 years old, I thought "what the hell, I'll try it." Immediatly it automatically supplemented the order with a sample of "Nitric Oxide Booster" with no chance to decline the extra product. I paid for shipment on these products also, given that the product was "free" At this point I thought the 2 vendors were separate and distinct

About a month later my bank called to ask if I knew I had been charged $87 twice on my credit card by a company called "Fit Trial" who had evidently contacted annother company called "Fit Life" and given them my phone number. I did not know of either Fit Life or Fit Trial but deduced it was somehow connected to my "free" trial pills. I had recieved no further pills in the mail. I immediatly called both companies and was told I had signed up for shipments of pills at full cost. I had recieved nothing but the "samples".. It became obvious that I was speaking to the same "customer care" dept in each case and they were all the same company. After much protesting and demanding a full refund of the charges, they finally agreed to refund the charges to my credit card.

I had heard this product advertised on a local radio ststion several times & I decided to try it. I called 1-888-769-7873 they provided & ordered it. They said itn would be rushed ordered in 2 days.

I waited for it & after a 2 weeks I still didn't my order & they had deducted $178.65 from my checking accounting. I called customer service &mtold them what had happened & told to credit my card for that amount & remove me from their plan.

I was told by a Stacy Nigel that she had closed my account & she gave me a cancelation number. My debit card was never credited & I neverreceived the products.

Purity products deliberately took my money knowing I didn't order anything.I told them months before that I wouldn't be ordering from them anymore!

I am a hard working Mom with no money to waste. My daughter watched the infomercial for the vitamin d supplement and used my credit card to order a free trial of Advanced Vitamin D supplement which I was unaware of at the time. I asked her how much it cost and she said 4.99.

After it was ordered I rewatched the informercial and the price is clearly advertised as 4.99 only for a bottle of vitamin d and a free bottle of Omega fish oil supplements. When she ordered the trial she had the sense enough to verify that the price was only 4.99.

She asked the representative were there any hidden charges? Would there be additional charges after 30 days, 60 days? The representative assured her that this was a one time charge of 4.99. Fast forward to why I'm mad.

I received a charge on my card for 50+ dollars from purity products. I immediately called customer service in which they said they would refund the cash but it would take 7-10 business days. A month goes by and I receive another charge this time $160 dollars and I was livid.

I called customer service which was very rude to me by the way and complained about the unauthorized charges. The agent told me she would go back and listen to the audio of when the order was originally placed and then refund me back a portion of my money and call me back later. None of this happened.

So what they initially did was after the trial order was place they kept charging my card for products and reorders. They claim additional orders were placed and more products were being shipped to me but it was all lies. Not only did I get bilked but I didn't even receive any supplements.

So yes I am pissed off. Even though my daughter ordered the product, it was clearly advertised as 4.99. All of the right questions were asked. She was assured that there were no hidden fees. They flat out lied.

Now I had to go and cancel my card just to keep from getting billed 160 dollars every month. Shame on you purity products. Your advertisment practices are shady and dishonest very unamerican. I work hard to make a living and take care of my family. I hope the attorney general reads this and puts you out of business.

That's right folks. You know that "terms & conditions" section with the check box that we see twenty times a day? They are legally binding contracts. You and I checked one to join this very website. Well, these crooked creeps hide a binding monetary contract in one on their sample bottle order page. I didn't read mine, when I ordered that sample. I know I should have. How could I have imagined that the most important (and costly) part of the free sample offer would be in that little grey box. And not somewhere else, like maybe at the top of the page or at the check out? The fact is: they got me. I did not do my due diligence. I bought the sample and "signed up for regular shipments" (quoting Ashley customer service supervisor). I signed up for infintely reoccurring shipments of a product that I had not even tried yet. Sounds nonsensical and not at all like me. Ashley informed me that I had three weeks to decline the offer. And I might have, if I had any inkling of the "double secret blood pact" between me, the grey box, and Ashley. Bottomline: I don't want anything more to do with these creeps. And if Ashley keeps her word and my "contract" was canceled I won't. We shall see. The $124.80 won't make or break me and I am big enough to take my lumps. The lesson here is to watch everyone always. I am finding other scams involving the grey box. The shame is that I really liked the product but I can't buy it because they are dirty scam marketers. Buyer Beware.

I accepted and auto ship for their product AstaFX after finding it not to be suitable for me I called to cancel any future orders on Sepetember 19, 2015. Despite my cancellation my credit card was charged $124.80 on September 19, 2015. The items were shipped on September 22 and refused by me on September 28 all this is clearly documented via the USPS. I called Purity Products in early October as to the status of my refund I was told no refund could be issued until the product was recieved by them. In speaking with the agent he did note that the tracking did note that the products were refused by me but was unwilling to issue a refund.

Given the timing of the charge and the delay in shipping I do feel this is borderline fraud. They are aware the the items were refused, they are aware that I cancelled the auto ship on September 19 yet they still charged my account and shipped a cancelled order three days after the cancellation.

As of today November 2, they still " claim they have not recieved returned items. " Nor have they made any effort to determine the status of their product.

I have filed a request for a refund with my credit card company and will be filling a complaint with the Better Bussiness Bureau.

I would advise anyone considering doing business with these shysters be wary they are a extremely shady business.

3 months after cancelling an account with Purity Products I noticed a withdrawal of $125.00 from my bank account by Purity Products. After a call to them I was told that a shipment had already been sent, but that they would go ahead and put half of the money back in my account and the other half when they got the shipment back. They gave me a # to write on the package and return it. I did. I still have received no refund and can't get anyone at Purity to speak to me in person. This may be a lesson learned, but it also hurts legitimate companies because no matter how good their product it will tough to get my bank info.

THis company stole $380 from me! On August 31st, I became aware of 3 fraudulent charges on my credit card from Purity Products. After cancelling the card, I began calling Purity to get the issue resolved. They had an account in my name and have been sending "product" to an address that isn't even mine!

I explained to them that not only did I not order any products, I'm not even able to take any products like theirs due to my disability of Fibromyalgia. I never received anything either.

After 7 hours of being on hold, being bounced around and not receiving any callbacks that were promised (Charles ext. 6814), I finally got a supervisor named Andy on the phone today. He told me that since they can't locate the recorded phone call of the first order, that they could not help me and would not be returning my money.

Can you believe that they want me to provide proof that I didn't order? The burden is on them!

I will not rest until they resolve this issue. I can write reviews all day long.
