Got a free trial and it turned into a monthly subscription which i didn’t agree to or was made aware of in the signup for the trial. It is a scam and i don’t want anyone else to go through what i’m going through

I finally managed (with my wife's help) to track down the contact and e-mail addresses. I e-mailed them to notify the company that I had been in touch with my bank and cancelled all future payments and no longer required any of their products. I also complained that their terms and conditions were far from clearly displayed and could easily be missed, and that I would like a refund on deliveries not required. The firm has since replied and informed me that they will refund half of my payments. Any future possible purchasers should beware they do not fall into the same 'trap' that I did and past customers should try contacting the company via the contact details contained in this report.

Me too!!

Hi I’ve also fallen into this trap and would like to contact the company to stop further deliveries and monies taken from my bank. However, I can’t see the contact details in your post to contact them. Could you please reply to this post with their details. Many thanks

Help

I’ve fallen into the same trap and I’ve tried to get in touch but it’s impossible to find. Would you be able to tell me the email address?

I ordered CBD for just shipping in handling to try. I did not sign up for the package. They took 79.99 out of my account on December 8 2017. I live on a fixed income an I am disabled. I cannot go to stores on a regular basis so I do a lot of online shopping. I saw this ad that reported that it would help me with my weight and my pain. all I had to do was try it for shipping and handling charges. Than I was to re-order if I wanted to take anymore. It has false claims and I decided not to re-order any so I thought that was the end of that. Well not so. Can you help me?

I purchased a trial of a supposed weight loss supplement, Garcinia Cambogia, the cost of the trial being $3.95. However, the following month I received an unsolicitored pack of the product and noted that the amount of some $102.00 had been charged to my credit card. The transaction is in the name of INFODESKNATWT.COM. I have lodged a transaction dispute with my bank. I was told that in the fine print in the agreement somewhere, which most of us do not fully read, it will say that you agree to future direct debits. I am hopeful my bank may be able to resolve this without me having to cancel my credit card. Please be aware, do not go near this company.

Having read up and seen the reports made by Dr Oz - I thought this to be a great assistance in getting my health in order. However once I paid the shipment only of $5.57 & $5.56 NZ dollars, respectively I found that on 9 November 2017 there was a charge of $144.75. A product that was suppose to be free trial, no mention of a further charge UNLESS I choose to request more products. Further to that I find that on 11 November 2017 there is a further charge of $144.17 for products not requested and not received as of yet. I feel that these sorts of products and advertising do not reflect the true nature of their intent ie free trial does not indicate that full payment is not included in the free trial. It is as I see a scam to part us from our monies using health as the basis.

I made the stupid mistake of trailing pure natural pro. When I didn't receive this product through the mail I contacted them and was given the excuse that my bank rejected the transaction. The monies of $3.95 was taken from my account on 2 November. I am fortunate that I am a disabled pensioner and do not have more funds in the account.

I cancelled my bank card before my next pension day. I would hate to think how much they would have taken out of my account tomorrow.

I am one of the lucky ones who caught on quickly to what was happening and that I was scammed. I want to document this so that others might not be tempted to click on 'get product'. There are many people who have had hundreds of dollars taken from their bank accounts.

I have uploaded this company to my Facebook account and ask that it be shared. Hopefully if we all do our part by sharing this company will fold.
