They charge you outrageous prices for the sample product if you don't cancel in 14 days, this isn’t very obvious where you can easily see that. Your credit card will be charged $88.57 and $92.96 for the sample and automatically charged every month thereafter. I worked with my credit card company and hopefully have this issue resolved.

This is a link to their auto sip agreement, warning it is a mile long.

I saw ad for psyudo surge cream after reading a health article. I read it more than once looking for the sneaky "you have 14 days to cancel" on March 3rd they billed my card. I received product around 16th. They charged me 92.00 today March 23rd. I barely have been able to use it. When I received the product there was NOTHING in the box to "remind you" of the cancel. I have purchased other products as samples without having to cancel. I NEVER knowingly do business with these types of scams. I never saw the tiny type you have to cancel in 14 days and I looked and looked. 92.00 is a RIP off for the tiny container.

I ordered free trial for PsydoSurge, paid shipping. Website did not disclose free trial period particulars. Order site shifted to Only eyes instantly. I had ordered both products and did not realize it. Free trial arrived with no paperwork or website to reorder or cancel.

Two week later, charges for $92.96 and $88.57 were subtracted from my debit card. Spent hours trying to cancel but was transferred and put on hold for hours. Called the bank - cancelled debit card, disputed claims. Evidence of phone records were not adequate to fight claim. The bank could not retrieve funds. I called the company to be told I was "black-listed" as I went to through the bank to file a claim. I caused a bad mark on their business and there is nothing I can do to fight it.

I recieved a trial offer from Psydo-Surge :anti aging skin cream with Only Eyes: Rejuvenating eye serum, I recieved the product a couple of days ago. It came with a packing slip showing the products a thank you for the order. A few days later I recieved my credit card statment. On 3-8-2017 for only eyes I am being charged $ 88.57 also for Psydosurge $ 92.96. Than again on 3-24-2017 I am charged again for both products, same charges $ 88.57 and $ 92.96. In other words, this trial offer charged me $363.06 for 2 0.50 fl. oz bottles. I called the phone number to complain and return the products. Unabe to get a real person. God help me.

Scrooling through my smart phone from google and topic about antiwrinkle cream and victoria olstein story

and a flash came up on screen almost transparent offering a free trial of psydo purge antiwrinkle cream and

you are to only pay shipping. I GAVE THEM MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. Later after I received the Psydo Surge

Trial along with it in the box was a pump bottle of Only Eyes also. I did not order it. Didn,t get it. I kept checking my cards transactions and it looked like they doubled my shipping charge and took the additional one right off my card without

my knowledge. I thought to myself that O.K. it is only eleven dollars total. On March 24,2016 I checked my balance

on my card again and ninety two dollars and 96 cents was charged. Icalled my bank to see what this transaction was and

it was from Psydo Surge. I closed my account as it is my goverment social security debit card and reported it to the Fraud

department. Forwarding me forms to sign and return. I then this morning found a customer question # on botlle only eyes

and gave them a call. I asked them why it was in the box along with Psydo Surge and she said I ordered it and she and Psydo Surge were two separate companies and she did not know when Psydo Surge shipped my wrinkle cream and had no

answer for why the two were in the same box. She said the terms and conditions were a 14 day trial then cancel. I read

nothing of the sort and added why was I not shown on the trial offer the pricing for both products and why would anyone

purchase any product without a price list along with that trial offer. She had no comment and said their would be no more

contact with me and that Psydo Surge was the company that took my card and charge me 92.96 without my authorization.

I went back on the internet here at the library and have found Psydo Surge offers a free trial shipping only click here

and another product name is on the picture to purchase and not their antiwrinkle cream for the offer. Victoria Olstein,s

La Cell offers a free trial and it seems legit but Psydo Surge is coming up and also showing free trial and confuses consumer

I think there is some kind of internet interference where they flash there product insert it when another is prompted and

confuse the customer turning the entire you thought would be a fair and leading real people like Victoria Olstein as a

part of this because of how they pop up there ad on screen without introduction. When you call their so called specialists

you hear a program format over the phone that sounds similar to calling a large processing company and makes you wait

and wait and wants your call back number because of volume of calls. They also both companies throw numbers at you

that route you to California and also Phoenix customer service reps when maybe all of them on in this fraud together

and it is just a small group and phone call have a program that hits a phone in phoenix or California but it is also fraud

I responded to a pop-up ad on my cell phone. It showed two products, Only Eyes and Psydosurge. It stated for a trail size the cost would 4.95 and 5.95. My credit card was billed for these charges. Since both products are only 1/2 ounce, I thought that would be all the charges.

The product arrived with no brouchure. I thought it would be up to me to reach out to them to reorder the product. It has 800 numbers in small print on these bottles.

On March 14th, I received an email that they were shiping product to me. I told them I did not want their product. I was told all sales final and nothing can be returned.

I found out today they billed 88.57 two times for Only Eyes, and they billed Psydosurge two times for 92.96. Keep in mind both products are 1/2 ounce. The sample of Psydosurge is the same size as their regular size.

I saw their phone numbers are different on the credit card statement. I called and requested to speak to a Manager. They would not allow it. As a matter of fact, I called several times requesting to speak to a Manager. I was informed they do not have a Manager. I was told the manager had gone home. I was told, "The Manager does not want to speak to you!" All Customer Service Represetatives are rude, they talk over what the customer is saying, and they scream.

Do not buy from this Company. They will bill your credit card for un-authorized products.

Last month I purchased the Psydosurge & Only Eyes skin creams for the "free trial" price totaling about $10 for shipping. I checked my credit card statement yesterday and found that these companies charged me over $180. When I called to cancel future product shipments & charges, I was told that I cannot get a refund for these charges because I didn't call within the 14-day trial period, which was not made clear when I ordered the free trial products. After some nudging, Psydosurge was able to give me a 35% refund, but Only Eyes denied me that courtesy. The skin creams are just okay, certainly not worth the high prices. Please read all fine print before buying anything that makes such lofty promises with hidden charges. It also pays to regularly check your credit card statements.

Ordered product and called next day to cancel. Received email confirming cancellation. 15 days later they charge my card for almost $100. I called and spoke to a girl regarding charges. She was rude and extremely unprofessional. She refused to give her name and refused to forward me to a supervisor. She hung up in me!! I called back and spoke to another girl. Accomplished nothing. Contacted my bank and filed fraud charges.

I ordered a trial size of the product an I was charged $4.95 reading all the information before I gave my card information, I never read anything that's says I would be charged an additional fee a month later, but I was. They withdraw an additional $23.24 out my account almost a month later. When I call the number giving to me by my card company, I was unable to get any help from the customer service person, they just kept asking me for my zip code an my card information, they also was saying they didn't have my account. This is a scam.

SCAM !!!!! Psydo Surge Only Eyes-Serum

I too was scamed as all the others above. On 2/5/19 on line paid $5.95 shipping for The Eyes Only & $ 4.98 shipping for Pyyso Surge

Sample. Fifteen (15) days later a charge of $88.57 for Eyes Only and $92.96 for Physo Surge = $ 181.53 was charged to my account WITHOUT PERMISSION!!!!!

I called 877 746-6620 customer service got the same runaround about 14 day return and so called terms also , that they don't send sample all orders are Orginal sizes. Went around and around about no 14 day return "or" any other "terms"mentioned anywhere etc. Customer service said "sorry " over and over and that all she could do is refund me 25% on each = $45.38 . I also told her NO MORE CARGES ARE TO BE PUT ON CREDIT CARD AND CANCELL THIS ACCOUNT. I receive an email stating all future orders are cancelled and refunds have been issued. I will be reporting this to the Better Business in CA , and notify my bank requesting a credit card # change.

I also had the same thing happen to me after 14 days $96 billed on my card. And when u call they say there's nothing they can do and you cant get a refund. How many people have they scammed already. This is truly ridiculous. And they say there is no manager or supervisor. PLEASE MAKE YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS know about this before they order it.

They don't really have the company name at all, they just ripoff and stealing.

  • Jun 5, 2018

They overdraft my account with two transactions totaling $196. When I did get through to them they told me that my 14 day trial started the day I ordered not the day I received the product. So much for 2 week trial period. They will not refund the money. Product not worth it. Definitely a rip-off
