I may represents for several candidates in SA to complain about them. I never think I even will come back at this center any more. Not even not being honest and clarified about the test results but also not professional. I took the manicurist practical twice and was failed twice. Not mentioning about the first time, but they graded me even less than the first time without explaining. I am confident to say i'm sure I did exactly the steps from what they expect me to do in the test for the second time and they graded me even worse. They were so unclear for what they were doing. I felt like the test is a scam and they are playing mood game with us. I was heard they are doing this to take more money from us and make sure they still have jobs to do. We paid for 74$ to take the test and we have the right to know why we failed!! Sucks. The TDLR should end this or we are gonna continue report more to this. Stop ripping off our money.!!!!!
