I ordered a free sample of this weight loss product. with out my o.k. they took out of my checking acct. another 89 dollars and sent me another bottle all before i opened the first one. sent back the product and emailed them a note. this was supposed to have been taken care of. what a joke. been a couple of weeks still no money. yesterday they had taken another 4.99 out twice. this is rediculous. i will never order this product all because they don't know how to do business. all i want is my money back. and them to delete my acct. number.
Unfortunately, I chose to receive a free bottle of this product two weeks ago. This company, ProbioSlim, sent a small bottle of weight-loss pills for me to try. I tried them for about four days, but neglected to call them back due to my very busy schedule and I just forgot.
However, when I did call back (about two weeks from the original date), the company acts as if I should not have made the phone call in the first place.
I implored them to return my funds as they had just (the night before) take more than $80.00 dollars out of my checking account at the bank.
I called and asked them to put it back immediately.
They said they would have someone call me back in the afternoon.
Furthermore, the pill does not promote weight loss because it doesn't deter your appetite, it doesn't make you feel full, it doesn't require any special instructions to work properly and all you are doing is swolling another placibo instead of getting the result of an actual diet pill.
A refund should be forthcoming or I have threatened to sick my attorney on them, and she doesn't play.
Ripped me off after sending 3 bottles of the probio slim and 3 bottles of another product they said i had to use along side the probio slim.After telling them i didnt want either product and not to charge my card for anything other than the $9.99 shipping,they proceeded to insist i "wasnt using the product correctly".I was told to ship the emty bottlea back along with any new bottles that were sent ,so i did just that.I never recieved a "money back garentee" and had to eat the $90.00 bill...I will never order anything online again.
