December 15, 2015 Pro-Tech Chimney cleaning company came to my house to clean my chimney. I had gotten a coupon in the mail for $45.00 That was include a 12 point inspection of my fireplace. After Joe had inspected my chimney he told me of 4 things that required attention. Which was going to total $450.00. I gave him the go-ahead to do the repairs. In less than 1/2 of an hour he was out the door. I made him write me a receipt indicating the work that was accomplished and a shoemaker repair that he did inside the fireplace was suppose to be a 7 year warranty. Witin 3 days after the workers left this poor quailty concrete or mortar repair product fell off the broken brick. I immediatly called the company back they came back and used the same poor quality repair motar on the brick again and it fell off again. Since the 2nd week of January numerous attempts to the office have been made with no return phone calls. I do have a receipt showing that I paid cash but it's time for me to take them to small claims cort. This is a very unprofessional company. I would not want to see naybody getting burned like me and my wife did. I'm also calling the better businass bureau. Something needs to be done to this company I' sure they have rip-off numerous people. Be Ware!
