Huge scam!

This company and the owner is a huge rip off. they have lied about locations, timing for services and how well services are done. my vehicle took months to complete, i was lied to by all employee’s that work for this company. DO NOT take your vehicle to this company. They will lie to you and cheat you, all of them. This company should be shut down immediately. There are numerous other companies out there that will provide you with valuable service. Not only did it take months to get my vehicle back, but when I did, I had nothing but problems with the services rendered. My vehicle continued to fall apart and was in worse shape than before it went to their shop. Doug Nardini is a lying scam artist, this man should be in jail.

Pro masters Auto Hail Center

If you answer an ad for salespeople from Doug Nardini (ProMasters Auto Hail Center) do not be fooled! Doug will promise you the world but will not pay you. He has a horrible reputation in Colorado! Several sales people in Denver got ripped off by him!

Doug Nardini of ProMasters is a confidence (con) man. He is refusing to pay me nearly 12k in commissions. He talks about helping people but he is very greedy and dishonest. His reason for not paying me is because he says I'm not working enough hours. Interesting since I'm an independent contractor and can't legally dictate my hours. He promises customers to give them free rental cars, pay their deductable, but leaves out details like the amount of deductible they will pay. If you quit working for him, he will not pay you, even if your cars came in and ProMasters got paid by the insurance company. ProMasters was being sued by a local (Denver) insurance company for Insurance Fraud. (Will post more specific information after obtaining court documents). Do not work for them unless you like helping a rich, greedy jerk, get even richer and give your time away for free. He has hurt a lot of sales people by not paying them.

ProMasters has refused to pay me for the work I've done for them as a salesperson. I'm 20 years old and new to paintless dent repair sales. I brought in a total of 4 cars in 1 week and was promised a 10% commission. The owner Doug Nardini said that I was fired for not working enough hours. (Checking with an attorney to see if ProMasters can make an independent contractor hold to a certain schedule but not sure). I was paid a $300 draw but was told my commissions (estimated at $3500) will not be paid due to not working enough hours. I should have checked out this company better before wasting my gas money and time for nothing.

My customer called me from Enterprise because she had trouble contacting the office for her free rental car and was very stressed out. Another customer said they were considering a lawsuit against ProMasters for not doing work that was promised by Doug Nardini. I was discouraged and ready to quit anyway but never dreamed I would lose my commissions, especially when my customers showed up and their insurance paid for the repairs. I support my girlfriend (full time college student) and we struggle just to get by. Very greedy company to rip off a newbie like me. Live and learn I guess.
