I purchased a one time sample for $5.99 from Pro Advaced Muscle. I promptly received the product and sampled it. I found the supplements to be ineffective to me. I did not think much more of it, until 2 months later when I realized my account was being charges $66.00 each month by this same Company.
I attempted to call them several times without success. until today. I called around 11:55pm, and a female answered. I explained to her my situation and she responded by explaining, when I purchased the initial bottle I also signed up for a membership which required monthly dues. As much as I attemped to plea my case she did not understand.
I did not realized that by simply purchasing a sample product I was also signing up for monthly dues. Who in their right mind would agree to that. I became frustrated and ended up cutting my losses. The female assured me the monthly subscription would be cancelled. I asked the female call taker where she was located and she would not tell me, which I found to be very suspicious.
Beware! Do not purchase anything from them or expect to be charged a monthly subscription fee.
Facebook ad listed initial offer of $4.95 each for Pro Test 180 and Pro Nitro Oxide with no followup cost listed.
None of the shipping labels enclosed with the order had a price listed.
After the initial month's trial they charged $89.47 for the Pro Test 180 and $87.47 for the Pro Nitro Oxide.

Their real phone numbers are: 844 789-3099 and 844 358-1488.
I spoke with Luis and Moses (probably not their real name) and asked for a confirmation number to show that I had cancelled future orders, which they supplied.
I recieved the pills as advertized for 4.95. The cost of shipping and handling. Then on December 13, 2017 my account was charged 84.99 then the next day on December 15, 2017 I was charged another 89.99 for the pills. I tried to call but no answer. Starting to believe I am unable to get my money back for these pills that were only suppose to cost 4.95.

This is a scam there is no way of contacting the people and they keep taking money out of my account monthly $ 87,47 for thé last 3 months inspite of me sending back the product mentioning that I was not interested and did not want it any longer. I had an e-mail address to which I wrote but they came back saying they did not know what I was talkingt about and that my customer number and ref. did not excistdid .
