You call them if you suspect identity theft and they just refer you to your bank to report it as under the fdic laws they are required to fix it so therefore you don't even need insurance and as for "we promise to pay up to a million dollars in repairing your credit if your ever a victim of identity theft" they have never honored that they just always have you call your bank.
