It's uncanny how similar my story is to another report on this site. Yes the venue is nice offering the bells and whistles but I experienced some serious customer service issues with the administration that left me and my family feeling strained and exhausted. I'm a very detailed person that pushes for specific answers to questions and plans. At one point during what felt like a contentious conversation with the administration and staff, I felt it resorted to condescending criticism and patronizing language to gain control of the situation regarding miscommunication about my wedding plans. When I stressed that I was a customer paying thousands of dollars for a service, it seemed like this notion was scoffed at. I personally have never experienced a more demeaning customer service experience for what was supposed to be such a special day for me, my future husband and my family. When the administration suggested that it might be best to part ways, I asked for clarity about a refund. It was agreed that most of the money would be returned minus a few fees, but ultimately this statement was retracted later on. This resulted in further stress and mistrust from me and my family. We lost about 75% of money invested. Unfortnately, I am not able to recommend this business to anyone planning a wedding.
