I purchased an expensive textbook from Priority Textbooks. I recieved a completely different book which is much cheaper. I have sent them many messages requesting the correct book. I recieved a message from them stating my 'order status' was 'refunded' and I have not recieved a refund.

I have sent them many messages but they ignore all my messages.

I ordered a Biological Science book from Priority Textbook. It was advertised as the exact book I was looking for with the same cover, and same ISBN numbers. After it arrived, I noticed that it was a totally different version of the book. The page numbers were not the same, the cover was not the same, the exercises inside were not the same and the ISBN number was totally different than what was advertised on their website. The company does not have a phone number and no address is listed online. They are in Malaysia, but cannot be reached via a customer service department. I was able to respond to an email they sent me, and when I did, they told me that the book was indeed correctly sent.

I asked my professor if I could use the book in place of the one that they had advertised and he said that it absolutely couldn’t. I was charged $73.00 for the book, and I had it sent priority mail, to which I was charged an extra $6.00. Now, because I found out that they are located in Malaysia, I will be forced to pay to ship the book back again. This company is a SCAM, and should be fined and shut down for making false sales, and ripping people off. I am a student struggling to get by, and I shouldn’t be charged for something that was falsely advertised. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to report this Scamming online business, and will stop at nothing to get my complete satisfaction.

After looking for a reasonable price for a college textbook I stumbled upon Prioritytextbook they had the lowest price for the book I was looking for so I ordered it, it's been about a week now and I haven't even recieved a shipping number and when trying to contact them I get no response what so ever. Please don't use this site it prays upon college students looking to not pay and arm and a leg for a book they use for 7 or 14 weeks.

Paid for fast delivery..hasn't even arrived and that was a week ago. There is no phone number to call them. Only way to contact is to write a message and after you send it they say they will reply "if needed"...I've heard nothing back. This website is a complete scam and beware.

THESE ITEMS COME FROM DIFFERENT COUNTRIES. DID NOT KNOW ANY OF THIS BEFORE PURCHASING SO THIS IS YOUR WARNING.

Prioritytextbook - Poor service

Non - existing service. Ordered a textbook more that a week ago, paid extra for delivery within 4 days. No replies. Unfortunately only read the reviews on the internet afterwards. My personal opinion: SCAMMERS!!!
