I'm getting call coming from "Easy Loan USA" doing business with Priority PayDay Loan Servicing LLC of Spartanburg, South Carolina for the past 3 days, ugerntly trying to convice me on paying the first month payment in order to recieved the loan of $3,000.00.
I've had printed all the documents coming from Easy Loan USA, and notice somethings is missing, the address of business and no contract agreements. But I do have a name of party invovled is Danel Andrews Sr. Loan Officer for Easy Loan USA and phone number are 1-202-800-2993.
I know somethings little about the financial laws, that we should have never pays any lenders "up-front" fee when making an loan agreement. That it's what I know. But they are trying to convice me to pay them. I will file crimnial complaint against those party.
