We became so frustrated that we ended up washing the windows inside ourselves after the first crew only washed two windows and left. The second crew came late and were anxious to do the work quickly and leave. Consequently, my husband and I did half their work by helping them take out the screens and insisting on them putting them back in after they were washed. They had planned to wash the screens and leave them in my backyard to dry, even though rain was predicted that night. I did pay them even though I felt that we should have paid ourselves for the work that we did. The next day when we were able to examine all the windows, we discovered that they had missed a window in the lower level of our house.
