Prime nationwide stated that they were a multiplan insurance company for ppo with no copy's for medical dental vision prescriptions and a 15,0000 life insurance that's attached to the policy free. They took $302.00 out of my account and I'm trying to retrieve it back. This company is bogus and full of s***.
Aggresive in selling and horrible in customer service
These people are very aggressive in selling you insurance and after they charge your credit card you will not hear anything back from them. Their customer service sucks also. They sold me a health insurance but they never sent me any confirmation on email and I have not received anything in the mail from them either. Do not deal with this company.
