My opinion and experience is that Premiere Staffing Services is a very good example of a very bad business. Poor business practices. If you want to be treated like a number and not a person then this is the place to utilize. I worked as the branch manager in Greenfield and it was not a good fit for the professionalization and care I brought to the table. The business practices of this biased, discriminatory, and unreasonable sinking ship are deplorable. They only had 6 jobs available in the 2 months I tried to improve the Greenfield branch. I exceeded my quota and the client's and applicant's really appreciated not being treated like a number by me. They just "sweep worker's under the rug" after you speak to them about work conditions (No heat when snow was on the ground for a half of week! I got sick from that and still came to work everyday). Lack of direction and no sense of training. Training yourself to do a job that claimed to provide training is extremely unprofessional of the President and other staff. "Supervisor" with NO supervising skills, experience, or accountability is a train wreck. I was forced to deal with. Supervisors taking credit from a good employee and blaming for all aspects they were too busy not "training" me in is pitiful and embarrassing for their reputation. In Greenfield this business has a very very low approval rating when discussed. Another reason this was just not a good fit for me. I want to be proud of where I work. I was under paid when compared to past employees holding the same job title. I was naive. They moved next door to Reliable Temps hoping to "poach" their recruits and employees. I was told this several times by the "President" and the girl who I replaced.

Besides signing "Discrimination in the Workplace" documents upon application.. I can promise you that they DO NOT enforce, honor, or practice their own policies within their own company.

If you go in and the application is one page... they NEVER intend on helping you gain meaningful and quality employment. It is called a "Pre-App". It is unethical, as they judge the applicants and talk very poorly about them when they leave the office.

If you get injured on a job they will tell you they will work with you but in truth your are labelled a DNU, meaning "Do Not Use", regardless if it were your fault or not. You have cost them money and that is all this business is about, money. The human resource industry needs money to thrive but more importantly needs to keep its roots firmly on getting our unemployment rate in this country as low as possible. If you check any boxes on the 8850 form on the full 8+ paged application you are more likely to be placed as they "get a tax incentive" from doing so. Another discriminatory business practice. Every applicant should be treated equal. My new job really brought to light how wrong Premiere Staffing Services is running and how poorly they treated me. An unreasonable sinking ship if you expect fairness, quality, and being valued. Avoid this business if you value yourself and honesty. I am relieved I left when I did.
