My experience with this company was strange to say the least from the get go but they seemed willing to want to help me find a vehicle and even though most of their cars were bought from auctions and had a ton of mechanical issues and high miles they did have a couple cars that I was interested in. I was weary working with them because while I was in their office I would see several people come in and complain about not giving the registration done or buying cars that broke down immediately after driving off the lot.
They seem to be buying cars from auctions and not even taking any look at them but just immediately trying to sell them to anybody. I was confused on the loan process as they told me that I was approved through one lender but then when I had the paperwork it was completely differeit was completely different lenders information on all the papers. They also didn't give me a copy of any of the information and seem to have all sorts of reasons why they were doing things differently than any other dealership I had ever been to.
I had a temporary tag and never received my license plate in the mail. When I went to go renew the tag I noticed that the Vin was not the same as the Vin that was actually on my car. I called to ask if they could help me with the registration and they told me that they would get it done but I had to go through emissions which I did and then they said that they were getting it done but just never went and did it..
After a while I would call and got a message that the phone was out of service. And so I got the owner's number and called him and he cussed me out and called me a piece of s*** for calling his cell phone.
