I placed an order via the internet on February 28th and paid for it at that time. 2 months later, I still had not received my order. I tried emailing and got no response. I called and left a message and finally got an email stating my order was due to be sent I received part of my order in April. A shirt was missing. I received another email stating the shirts were received in damaged condition & would be sent when they got them in. That was the last I heard and still haven't received my shirt.

I am a regular customer of this online apparrel store. I ordedred a large order from them but did not hear from them in a long unusual amount of time. I called franticallyfor days an I finally got some one to answer the phone and I explained to them that the order was for one or more persons at my office 3 months later he sends their portion which amounted to 6 T shirts. The total order wasalmost $300.00.I was curious as to what the hold up on the order was and it seems that 1 of the items was discontinued. I asked for a partial refund but, the agent informed me that he had new alternatives and that he would send me options of other choices of another brand of new clothing lines but that never materialized. Later I just asked for a refund. He has repeatedly told me he was calling me back , but, now my phone calls go straight to voicemail.
