You folow the instructions and once you received a confirmation email that your payment was received, they send you guides of how to go and apply for a USPS job, GUIDES!!

I paid $39 to get help to pass exam to get hired at post office. The material says it will help with Postal Battery Exam 473 but when I applied for a job I was asked to take a different test. Turns out post office doesn't use 473 anymore for these types of jobs. So they are misrepresenting what their material is and that they can help you prepare. Total Scam!!!!
This place is a total scam. The material doesn't help you and then they make it so difficult to speak to anyone that you end up just giving up. I don't even think they know what is on their own website. They advertise helping get people jobs at the post office but their terms and conditions say they get paid by giving opionions on consumer products/sites.
What in the heck does that have to do with getting me a job at the post office? I have been trying to reach someone for weeks and still no luck. Do not give these folks your time or money. It will be wasted and that is a guarantee.

I tried calling the only number they provided and I NEVER got a live person. NEVER!
I called for days....even a week straight once. Not once was a live person available. How is that even possible? It's like they take your money and then set up a recording if you call so they don't have to talk to you.
They claim they are in Arizone but of course there is no address listed. I guess they don't want folks like me running up to them and accusing them face to face of being the unethical scammers that they are! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY...STAY FAR FAR AWAY!

The prep material was emailed to me by "Tom Jones" of "USPS Employment" but this has to be a scam because why would someone from USPS send me the wrong material?
So now I have paid this money and have material that is obsolete and no current material to help me pass the assessment and get the job. I tried to call the number on the website and it is just a recording to leave a msg in one of three mailboxes but there is no way to speak to a live person. I sent an email back to whoever is calling themselves "Tom Jones" but I have yet to get a response. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE CROOKS!
I leisa winston paid for the Postalexam473 which was $39.00 which they took out of my Checking Account.I got a bank statment and mail them a copy showing them that took the money out of my Checking Account and i would like my money back
Ordered the postal 473 study course and paid $30.00 by discover card on August 2, 2016. Did not receive the material as promised. Requested refund on September 23, 2016. No response has been taken as promised according to their refund policy shown on the internet. Internet states that a refund will be given if requested within 60 days of purchase. O
