This is the worst company/scam i've ever seen and i've been around a while. I agreed to try taking the product through a friend mainly to help her make money. I never agreed to sell it, wouldn't sell this type of product, and never get involved with pyramid schemes. My friend Whom i still love today) called me after first contacting me on facebook and walked me through the sign-up process to take the product. I told her multiple times, and she admits she understood, that i did not want to sell this product. I especially would never sell any product to my friends and family that i had not tried. My friend made a mistake in signing me up and signed me up as an ambassador instead of just a customer. The company billed me a year ago something around $130-$150 as an ambassador, although i didn't realize what that was at the time. I took the product, the plexus pink, and after the second packet i couldn't walk there was so much pain in my knees, hands, and feet. This product is full of sugar even though they claim it is not. Sugar is sugar, the next day i had a rash on my arms and legs. I called the company for a refund and they told me that since it had been more than a week since i received the product they could not give me a refund. I had been out of town and the package set at my doorstep for several days before i opened it. That didn't matter to these greedy people, they refused a refund under any circumstances even when i explained to them that i never wanted to sell it and didn't know i had been signed up as an ambassador meant i had to also sell it. My only option that plexus scam artists recommended was that i go after my friend who had accidently made the mistake. She's a wonderful person, a single mom just trying to make ends meet, a very hard worker, and i just couldn't do it to her. So i broke ties with plexus, told them i never wanted to hear from them again, and would you believe that today i get an email saying they're getting ready to debit my account $34.95 for my yearly fee? I've been getting emails from them all year long and no where on the email is there a place to unsubscribe. Further proof they are a scam! i called their customer service line today and held for 41 minutes when finally i got someone on the line and explained what i would do it they dared to bill my account even one cent!! their policies are still the same, even though i broke ties with them a year ago they have continued to harrass me with unwanted emails that there's no way to unsubscribe from, still won't refund my money, and told me that if i didn't fill out another form and get it back to them that my account would be billed. I don't plan to stop here, i am going on every outlet i can find including the better business bureau, and federal trade commission, and the fair credit billing act. I still don't want to do anything to hurt my friend, but if this happened to me, it's happening to others, and i want to stop that. If i can help one person with my time then it's worth it. If a company refuses to honor their product and stand behind it, and blame their employee, what does that tell you about that company. Good luck out there.

Spoke with amassador and her sponsor who both mentioned the 60 day money back guarantee but advised if I signed up as an ambassador myself, I would get wholesale prices. I did such. Turns out the product made me sick so I couldn't take it. I asked how to send it back for a refund. Was told rather defensively that the 60 day money back guarantee wasn't for ambassadors. That's not what I was told when I signed up. I was advised I was told wrong and so sorry. This product is NOT cheap and now they have sent me another product and charged me and I didn't even order it! Buyers Beware - product made me nauseous and gave me a terrible headache no matter how I tried to take it. I only tried the pink drink.

Relying on the integrity of so called "friends/acquaintances, I became a Plexus Ambassador in the Spring, 2015. Admittedly, I should have done my own research prior to "jumping on the bandwagon" but I did not do so. I sold my first order to a friend who broke out in a rash after consuming this product. She returned the product to me and I promptly refunded her money. I returned the remainder of the product to Plexus. Instead of processing a refund, they promptly returned the same package back to me stating that it had been used and therefore they could not issue a refund. So much for their 60 Day Money Back Guarantee. With that being my que to sever ties with this company, I began calling them only to never get through to their "NO" customer service, I have sent email after email, no success, and I continue to get correspondence from their company with the lastest email stating that they were going to charge my card for no activity. This company is absolutely the worst that I have ever been associated with. I began researching to determine if I could possibly be the only person with this situation and have found that there are many people experiencing the same problems that I have with this company. It seems that this company is a complete scam and confirms my belief that it is a pyramid scheme and the only people that are being helped by this product are those scamming others. Additionally, I have become very skeptical of those that represent this company. Best advice, stay away from this company/product and warn your friends. Thank you. .

I signed up to get the products for my arthritis.

The money came right out of my account that night. I could not login the next day and tried for hours to call the phone number on their website. They won't even put you on hold! They say to call back later.

I tried for 2 days. Finally got some reps involved...at this point I DID NOT even want the products or to work with this company.

Three weeks later, I have no refund and have not recieved any products.....

I have tried to cancel my ambassador ship for over 3 weeks. Tried calling. Sat on hold for an hour 3 times. Finally got a rep to answer. She assured me all is cancelled. I get an email saying they will be charging my credit card 34.95 for back office use. If I have cancelled, why would they do that???? I tried calling again without success. I then write 4 emails. Got auto responses for each one slashing some one would contact me. No one has ever called or emailed me. If you do business with Plexus worldwide don't give them a debit card number . It is impossible to. Cancel and no one will return your calls. Wish I had never signed up for plexus to begin with.
