Noticed my Sprint bill increased by $10.00 ... for no reason. After reviewing by statement, I saw a charge for "Playpo/My Talking" for $9.99. I call Sprint's customer service line and informed the rep that I did not authorized this charge/purchase and please remove the charges from my account. She did and now all is well with the world.
Who should these unauthorized/bogus charges by "Playphone" be reported to? I agree that this company needs to be shut down. I hope is post help close this business.
Just noticed I have been paying $9.99/month to Playphone game service on my Sprint bill. I never signed up for Playphone. Sprint told me I have to contact Playphone directly to cancel and get a refund on my charges. I called Playhone and got a recording that my Playphone wil be cancelled and money will be credited back to me. It is impossible to talk to a customer representive or live person. The recording says you can ask for someone to call you back, but I got a call back from a computer generated message. it tells you to press 2 to speak to a live person but then you have to leave another message and the computer generated message calls you back again.
This company needs to be investigated and shut down and Sprint needs to block them from charging their customers or at least send their customers an alert.

Playphone games has charged my sprint bill for 9.99 monthly and I haven't purchased nor consented to anything or purchase to my bill. I want the company reported and shut down and forced to repay the victims they have targeted as I am not the only one. Sprint says that I have to directly contact them and when you call it's automated and your directed to leave a number to be contacted to be removed and then it's another automated service to call you back and they haven't removed it yet nor credited money to my account
Play phone charged $9.99 to my Virgin Mobile account, for some game called Talking Tom which I've never used. I did not in anyway authorize the charge and I feel as though someone from this company literally stole $10 from my wallet. I am infuriated. I work hard for my money! These guys need to be sued.
They charged me $20 a month for 3000 credits that i did not authorized and had no clue that this was happening. I just happened to check my bill today and noticed this.

Fraudulent charges appeared on my Sprint phone bill in May and June of this year (2021). $9.99 each month.
I called Sprint Customer Service, and they said they would refund the charges and block this from happening again on all my phone lines.
