I ordered a Tumeric product online. Before checkout, I was given an option to purchse a bottle of Smart Cleanse, which I did not. I carefully avoided it.

Once I had placed my Tumeric order, I received an email showing I had purchased the Smart Cleanse as well, which I knew I had not (as i have been bitten by this scam before). I waited to see whether I would receive the product, which I did.

I called the company and the phone operator informed me I was enrolled in the auto-renew Smart Cleanse monthly program. I stated I had carefully avoided signing up for that program and would be happy to return the unopened product, and that I requested she refund me my charges and withdraw me from the program.

She did so, after a moment of prevaricating, during which time I told her I would be informing my credit card company to refuse any charges from them in the future and that I saw many cases of this fraud online. I am happy to add my voice to this group reporting their fraudulent business practices.

I tried calling, and now going through credit card company. I got these because i ordered keto online.

A complete scam .did not order and do not want the rubbish product .had to cancel my card to prevent future fraud

I have received a dietary supplement from you which I have not ordered. I had an order from you a couple of weeks ago but I have not ordered this. I better not be charged for this and will be returning this tomorrow. And I better not have an account with you.

Didn't even order from them

I ordered from Super vita Store a different product and then two weeks later I saw a charge for something else I didn't even order. When I called them on it, they said that I agreed to purchase this product when I ordered the other one that I did order. I said I did not agree to that and they said it was in the terms. I went back over the terms and there is nothing there. I will dispute this charge and anything else they try to pull over on me. I can't even find the product they sent me online anywhere...this is bull shit.

Received these in the mail 6/8/18, I never end ordered anything like this. So far I have not been billed but will be watching credit card very closely.

I received the product on 9/9 and began the trial period. My account was charged the full price on 9/21, only 12 days after receiving it. When I called to complain, I was told the 14 free trial period began on the date of order 9/2, not on the date I received it. I complained that I could not begin the trial until I received the product. The customer support person said, "sorry no refund". I threatened to report this, she put my on hold, then returned and offered a partial refund. I insisted on cancelling my account. The following day I received one email that stated my account was cancelled and my account was not charged, the I received a second email stating my account would receive a partial refund. Then today, I received another email stating my second bottle would be shipped and my account would be charged again.
